This apartment offers a small water view of the North River, with a pier and boat ramp just 400 yards away. Bring your Kayaks or use ours. . We are just minutes away from the Mobjack and Chesapeake Bays. Mathews is home to great restaurants with fresh seafood. We also have a wonderful farmer's market. Come enjoy!

Paddler's Rest

The Paddler's Rest is a relaxing guest house on Kings Creek in Mathews County with direct access to the water and a private porch. Very secluded but close to town for restaurants etc. Guests have free use of a canoe and 2 kayaks. Great area for biking--all roads lead to the water and Mathews County is perfectly flat!
