We were two couples that stayed at Anne's apartment for a week during Christmas. The place was stunning, just as described! We made great use of Netflix and prime Video over Christmas and Boxing Day! The breakfast that was provided was soooo thoughtful and we really appreciated it! We were impressed with everything :)

We enjoyed our stay, the place is actually bigger than the photos. The location is great with nice restaurants and shops nearby and a great connection to London Gatwick and the central London locations

We received a 5-star service at this place. The apartment is spacious, the kitchen is very well equipped, beds are very comfortable, it even has a private secluded balcony and the entire place was run like a professional service. Check-in instructions were detailed and clear, so was the information provided for everything about the place including things to do in the local area. Responses can be a little delayed at times, but the host is very helpful and our issues were always resolved the same day. I would highly recommend this place for both short and long stays.

Great stay, where we got messages from Dean on time and with all the right information. Quick to respond and always helpful. Location was ideal, short over head rail journey from central London, it was quiet and easy to commute. Flat was clean and very presentable - exactly like the photos. Garden was a bonus for a peaceful coffee in the morning! Checkin and out was easy!

The apartment was as described in the pictures. It was beautiful, clean, and beyond our expectations with a cozy balcony. The train station was a 5 minutes walk which is perfect. The staff was so friendly and communicative. They suggested us restaurant to try, places that we should visit. I love my experience in this place and will book there if i ever come to London. I highly recommend !! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Homely, comfortable, clean and convenient! We loved our stay here- the flat is wonderful and impeccably clean, the bed was comfortable and the private patio/garden is a lovely addition, especially in the summer! The hosts were super kind, responsive and incredibly informative, both before and during our stay. The location is brilliant- it’s in a quieter street but within easy walking distance of all of Brixton’s hustle bustle- we stayed in early spring and there were beautiful blossom trees lining the streets:) Highly recommend this place- I’ve never felt as cared for and looked after as I did with Laércio’s hospitality 😊 thank you!

Glyn’s house was just as the listing said. It was very comfortable and perfect for our family with 4 children. Even with 4 little ones it was within easy walking distance to both train station and bus stops. Glyn was friendly and helpful and gave some great suggestions on things our children would enjoy doing in London. I’d stay here again.

Lovingly restored Victorian with impressive amenities - coffee maker, dishwasher, clothes washer AND dryer and fridge in particular - the house is very well appointed and comfortably furnished, especially on the main level. We were very happy with it. My only recommendations are to be more clear on bed sizes in the listing - instead of “king” say “UK king” or “UK king/US queen” (I think AB&B should do likewise on all listings to avoid misunderstandings) and to note the toilet/powder room on the first landing above the main level in the listing. Otherwise, unless they’re already in their bedrooms, guests must walk up four flights of stairs to use a restroom. With small children or older guests, this could pose problems, or at least become an unnecessary annoyance. Otherwise it is a first rate, high quality property! We would rent it again.

Once again, Geraldine provided me with everything that was needed. From the amenities, to the restaurant recommendations and my favourite big Tesco just around the corner! Geraldine was very helpful, responsive and lovely during my weekend stay in Bromley. She was just around the corner if I needed anything, so I felt well accommodated. My friends were able to get a great lay in and we even communicated about a late check out, due to us having a good night in central London, which was provided with quickness and did not make us feel like we had to rush to leave. Such an amazing experience once again and I recommend this place again!

Love the property and the location. I t worked perfectly for us. It was nice to be out of central London but brilliant bus and train service to come in and out. Also, relatively inexpensive for an Uber. Overall we loved staying in the property and would love to visit again on our next trip to London.

Gillian's place was wonderful and located in a nice and quiet neighborhood (friendly neighbors), close to areas I planned to visit and central London was easily accessible via car service or Underground. Gillian and Max were welcoming and responsive. I would recommend a stay here to anyone.

Great location near race course. We stayed for a wedding close by with family from Canada. Could have done with more towels for the guests and a frying pan other wise very good. Some bedroom TVs lack signal.

Great spacious apartment in central location. Very quiet and peaceful, being at the end of a street off the main road. It's really bright and airy. Great facilities, very comfortable and the massage chair is a welcome bonus. We felt at home and would highly recommend this apartment.

We had a great stay at the property. It was a long term stay, as we have family in Bracknell and required a house for ourselves. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home and didn’t want to leave after our stay. We found the property very child friendly, with kids books and toys left behind, which we were more than happy to add a Bluey and few toys too. They also had gates, so we were able to gate off the steps to the upper floor, to make it even more kid friendly. (Sorry we forgot to take it down when we left). For the adult kids, we were very happy with the PS3, right up our alley. The bedrooms had plenty of room, and allowed us with a toddler to have the space and extra bed we required. Location, is perfect, it’s a 15min walk to the main shopping and train station that can take you to reading/London. And it the middle of some cracking pubs. Thanks again for a great stay.

Lovely apartment and would highly recommend a stay. Easy flexible check-in as described and easy to find. Walkable surroundings and many parks/green spaces locally. Milo was responsive and friendly, as well as the best co-host that was Oliver the cat who was so well behaved!

Great place that is convenient for Wandsworth. Exactly like the pictures, Matthew is extremely responsive. No issues at all. Would happily stay again any time!

Had a pleasant stay at Stafford’s place, walkable to the overground (7 minutes) and with good connections to all London’s main visiting sites (40-60 minutes). The apartment is very well maintained and had all the necessary amenities you would need on a trip (hairdryer and even an iron, that were very handy). Clean, everything was working, excellent WiFi, and the beds are very comfortable (just have in mind the UK bed sizes). It is close to the railways, so in the daytime you can somehow hear the trains from the bedrooms with the opened windows, but not a bothering sound, as they are not working by night and you can have a very good nights sleep. No problem for us. Otherwise, very quiet location and apartment. Quick and easy communication with the host, easy check-in and check-out if you follow the instructions.

Amazing home base for a few days in London, right next to a bus station and 10 minute walk all from the nearest tube station. Although it’s on the south side it’s incredibly easy to get to either side of London. Jorge was amazing with detailed instructions and quick responses. Highly recommend!
