Enjoy suberb location of this 80's bedsit; a 2-minute walk from the garden down to the beach. It has a large bathroom, bath, separate toilet and kitchenette. Attatched to main house it has a private entrance and 2nd Airbnb nearby. Bedsit doesn't face the ocean but guests have their own table overlooking the beautiful beach. Five nearby cafes offer great meals or you can cook simple meals. Wallabys, echidnas and monitor lizards are common.

It is set in a tranquil bush setting and accommodates up to 8 adults, offering year round comfort with heating and cooling. For those cosy winter stays we have a log fire available. Your retreat is a private ABSOLUTE beachfront home on three levels, with ocean panoramas everywhere you look. There is not a road, power line, fence or cliff to separate you from the ever-changing ocean, and your secluded cove-beach just 30 steps below. ONE host with just ONE home. Total focus on your visit. I am not able to welcome or host PETS as there is no fencing, with sensitive ocean reserve public land adjoining.
