A short walk away from Trestles surfing, State Beach, Del Mar street. Short drive to San Diego and Disneyland 3 spacious master bedrooms with amazing beds, private patio with BBQ. Fully stocked kitchen. Shared roof deck patio with ocean view. Boogie boards, beach chairs, cooler, beach towels and sand toys. Free WiFi throughout the house. Spacious and comfortable living room, enough space for the whole family to watch TV with over 200 channels plus Netflix or play some board games! Guest book and information regarding local things to do, how to get around and restaurants. 2 on-site parking spots included as well as street parking. Full home to yourself! We are down the street from the Rip Curl Store. **This is a residential area located NEXT to the 5 freeway for convenient access. This can cause traffic noise from the 5, however, there are multiple hotels and other vacation rentals on the same street which does not seem to bother many guests.** Easy access to freeway allowing for quick and easy travel to multiple sought-after destinations such as San Diego Zoo, Lego Land, Disneyland and many others! There is a bar conveniently located across the road. If the mood grabs you, you can walk over and enjoy some adult beverages and music. Close to Camp Pendleton, multiple hiking trails, several golf courses and of course, famous Southern California beaches. San Clemente Summer Weekend Trolly - FREE- taking you from a near by stop every 15 minutes all around beautiful San Clemente! Uber, Lyft and taxis are readily available! Amtrak, Pacific Surfliner Route - train - takes you from San Clemente to Sea World, all the way to Downtown San Diego. Heading north, the Surfliner takes you directly through Anaheim, making your ticket to Disneyland worry free. Not to mention, this convenient train will take you all the way to Los Angeles. Cozy Hideaway at Calafia Beach

The Cozy Hideaway is at the far south end of San Clemente. Nearby are world famous surf spots; Trestles, T-Street, Old Man's, etc. You’ll love my place; the cozy atmosphere and vintage feel of an authentic 1950's beach cottage, Short walk to the sand. All amenities including a tiny kitchen and full patio. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers. This is one of two units on the duplex-type-property. 5 minutes walk to beach in a safe, quiet, and friendly neighborhood.

The OCEAN VIEW ESCAPE is just over one mile (just a five minute drive) to our famous T-Street beach, dozens of other amazing beaches and the main pier area. Our property offers a sweeping ocean view from the main living areas and rear patio and it is a clean, understated getaway with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It is a very private beach cottage style house with open beam ceilings, and a double car garage and is close to everything you could ever want in the beach village of San Clemente.

On a clear day, enjoy an expansive view of the Pacific Ocean. The A-Frame is located in a former avocado grove that is slowly being re-established with diverse permaculture.
