Welcome to our beautiful two-story house . The house offers stunning views of the surrounding hills — perfect for nature lovers and anyone looking for peace and relaxation. Just a 10-minute drive from the city center, our home features 3 bedrooms, each with a private shower. Every bedroom also has its own balcony. The first floor is a spacious studio-style living area with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven, blender, and meat grinder), a cozy fireplace, dining and lounge areas.

The house has 2 fireplaces, one on the ground floor and the other on the upper floor, provided with firewood. Also, our guests can, by prior arrangement, order Georgian dishes, which are in the photos and taste them both for the New Year and at any time you wish (by prior arrangement).
