No management company here, NO CLEANING FEES, we do it all by ourselves. Communication, laundry, cleaning and maintenance - our reviews show we take pride in the place. Enjoy your stay at this centrally-located apartment close to many shops, restaurants, trails and more! Only a 20-minute drive from Duluth, MN and beautiful Lake Superior. Hosts conveniently live on the premises in the home attached to the apartment. Parking for up to one vehicle is included during winter months (off-street), and more than one vehicle in summer months (on-street parking).
