The cabin of your childhood dreams…sit back, relax, enjoy the lake and connect with family/friends. North Lake has fabulous swimming and almost no bugs. The cabin has a lovely view and lots of different areas to sleep. Lynne was a great host, very attentive and communicative. We had a lovely time, thanks Lynne.

Our one-night stay felt incredibly cozy, and we left wishing we could have stayed longer! Finding the place was quite easy thanks to Catherine's clear directions. We especially loved the company of the two chickens and three cats. The house was spotless and well-organized. Catherine was such a thoughtful host, offering us a variety of milk choices for breakfast. We also really appreciated her kindness in sharing some conditioner with us when we realized we'd forgotten our own. This was definitely one of our best Airbnb experiences, and we absolutely fell in love with her charming, fairytale-like home!

We had such a lovely stay at Raquel’s place! Raquel was super responsive and easy to communicate with—she gave us lots of helpful info about the area, and when we ran out of pancake mix, she even brought us a new bag (so thoughtful!). The place itself is really cute and peaceful, with cows nearby and a sweet big black cat we got to meet. It’s in a great location too—right off the main road and just a minute away from a cider place we really enjoyed. The room was spotless and well equipped. We appreciated the selection of teas, the automatic coffee machine, and even dog biscuits—it’s clear a lot of care goes into making guests feel welcome. There were a few harmless ants here and there, but honestly nothing to complain about. Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!

Amazing spot to explore Bowen from. Cozy cabin feel with comfy bed, lovely amenities, and the most lovely space to make meals, play games, sit by the fire and relax. Reg was kind and welcoming and the space was lovely. Happy to have stayed and would definitely book again!

We stayed at Taryn's place for two nights. The suite was really nice, clean and well stocked. While being attached to the house, it still felt private. The location is also great for a beautiful view of Halfmoon Bay. Taryn was responsive and informative checkin through checkout. Overall an amazing weekend!

I booked Karen’s micro cabin as a birthday trip for my mom, and it was absolutely perfect. Tucked into the peaceful forest of Halfmoon Bay, this cozy little retreat is full of charm and warmth. The wood stove kept us toasty in the evenings, and we especially loved the adorable outdoor shower—with very hot running water! It was such a unique and refreshing way to start the day. We did a beautiful hike through Smuggler Cove Marine Provincial Park, just a short drive away, and came back to total peace and quiet in the woods. The cabin is thoughtfully designed, super clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Karen was very responsive and helpful throughout our trip, and we felt truly taken care of. This was such a special experience—one we’ll both remember for a long time. Highly recommend!

We had such a lovely stay at this cozy tiny home! One of the highlights was the beautiful meadow right in front of the house . Our two dogs absolutely loved running around and enjoying the open space. The location is perfect, easy to find and peaceful, yet close enough to everything we needed. Inside, the home is modern and thoughtfully designed. We especially loved the blue color theme that carries through the space, from the walls to the dishware and even the blankets! It’s the little details like that which really made it feel special and cared for. The host was wonderful to communicate with, super friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. We’d definitely love to come back again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with or without pups! 🐾💙

This was the coziest little tucked away home in the trees it was even better than the pictures made it look. It was our first time in Gibsons so we were in and out a lot exploring and the location is perfect for that being a minute from the ferry and 8min to town and made it easy for a daytrip to Sechelt. Rachael was super nice and accommodating with ferry schedules and anything else we needed it was a very relaxing trip and the bed was one of the comfiest beds I've slept in and the indoor/outdoor fireplaces and extra blanket were great touches I super appreciated, my boyfriend and I had the perfect private cozy getaway!

We were a family group of 4 adults and loved the tiny house. It really is tiny but very well organised and equipped. The outside space is great and we enjoyed star gazing and sitting around the firepit after dark.

This was by far one of our best Airbnb experiences to date. Leslie was an incredible host; very welcoming and kind, very quick to respond, and very flexible with check-in and check-out. Both the property and cottage are very well maintained, and the cottage has everything you need for a weekend getaway. Leslie even left us a can of coffee beans from her roastery and was kind enough to seal the leftovers for us to bring home. Would absolutely recommend this Airbnb stay to anyone looking for a cozy getaway. Thank you, Leslie - we can’t wait to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay! 2 nights was not enough. The dome was everything we hoped it would be and the property was beautiful. The chickens walking around and their wonderful dog, Oden, added so much to our experience. One thing I don't remember being in the description, but is worth noting, is that the loft bed is a king! And very comfortable and cozy. We really couldn't have asked for more in our stay. Alyssa, the co-host who met us when we arrived was friendly and helpful. As were Tyler and Lucinda. Our 7 year old loved the trampoline and felt comfortable walking around the property. The hot tub and sauna were wonderful too. Nestled in a private area in the trees, it was magical under the lights at night. We can't wait to go back.

Had one of the best stays I've ever had in an airbnb at Ben's cabin. The cabin is extremely cute and cozy, and although it was small it had everything we needed for a getaway trip. Ben is a very considerate host and gave many great recommendations around the area as well as helpful instructions on how to reach the cabin. Cannot recommend enough!

Took my parents here for a long weekend trip. Property was absolutely beautiful and was even nicer and bigger in person. The inside was very clean and all appliances were well maintained. Vlado was a great host and replied quickly to messages. Even when a small issue occurred (that was out of their control) he tried to solve the issue immediately and apologized for the inconvenience. Lovely place overall, would definitely stay here again!

We were so happy to have had the opportunity to stay here. Such an amazing view! All of the peace and relaxation one could ask for. Tim was very responsive to communication and easily and kindly answered any question we had. Being new to the area, the binder of local attractions provided us with a lot of helpful information. Would stay again, and will tell friends and family about this special place.

Great place for a private weekend getaway. Location is super close to town to grab food and also a good driving distance to other attractions on the island. Hosts are super friendly and welcoming.

We absolutely loved our stay at Michelle’s place! The surroundings were stunning, with a beautiful water view and a lovely garden that made the experience even more special. Michelle was an incredible host, very kind, responsive, and thoughtful. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, even staying up late just to welcome us and ensure we had everything we needed. When we requested extra bakeware, she provided it right away. The home felt cozy and inviting, truly a home away from home. We highly recommend staying here!

This place was hard to leave. The cozy vibe, little details, good books, plants, and amenities/accessories made us feel immediately at home. Me and my boyfriend had the best relaxing day, and taking a shower outside with the rain shower was awesome. The outhouse was really clean, didn't smell bad, and was easy to use. It was nice to be able to relax on the comfy seats outside. Verena was super friendly and she really made us feel safe and cared for. Also the bed is really comfy. The area is super walkable, we walked to an area that you can enjoy a pretty waterfront area. I want to come back here as soon as I can, seriously.

We really enjoyed our stay in Sarah’s tiny home. Place was cozy and comfortable, with everything we needed. Very clean and well maintained. Sarah also gave us a tour of the mushroom farm which was super interesting. Location is private and just a short walk to Sunday Cider, a really cool spot for drinks and food. There’s also a farm stand and fridge nearby where you can buy mushrooms and some very tasty Ukrainian food. Highly recommend and we hope to come back!
