The creek is approximately 3 ft deep at the bottom of the waterfall. The property is surrounded by State Forest. If the apartment gets rented, the rest of the house is blocked from being rented. "The Jewell" on the Eastatoee River

Welcome to The Jewell, a family friendly cottage on a 63 acre flower farm. The cottage offers comfortable accomodations and porches with rocking chairs to relax and enjoy the serene surroundings and sounds of Jewell Branch creek. The property also offers private access to the Eastatoee river and plenty of walking trails. Nearby, you'll find Table Rock SP, Keowee Toxaway SP, Lake Keowee or Lake Jocassee, stocked trout streams to fish, and multiple hiking trails including the Foothills Trail.

The walk to the lake is very short on an almost flat surface. The home will accommodate a family up to six people. The house has two floors. The main floor has a large living room with plenty of comfortable seating and satellite TV service provided. The entire main floor has hard woods along with the Master Bed Room and bed room #2.
