We had an amazing time at Peggy and Jim's condo! Great location on the southern side of Key West not far from the airport. Walking distance to some amazing breakfast spots and Cuban-inspired coffee shops. Also just a short Uber ride to Duvall street and pretty much any major attraction you would want to see in Key West. The condo was perfect for a family of four with a great pool and ocean views and beaches within walking distance. The host was excellent at communicating before and during the trip. Would definitely stay here again. A+!

We arrived early on the day of check-in, and because previous guests has left early, we were able to check in first thing in the morning! Henry happened to be in Key West, working around his property, so he very kindly gave us a full tour of the apartment, the parking area, the grounds, pool, and beach. The apartment is whimsically decorated with pastel colors to fit the Key West vibe, and has lots of cute details. Amazingly, all the small appliances, dishes, glasses, and tableware are in the pink/rose colored family. Literally every appliance is pink (Cuisenart, coffee maker, toaster, Keurig, blender, tableware, and more). It gave the place a unified cozy feel. The living room is spacious, with lots of couch room for a family to watch TV together. The kitchen is eat-in, and the bathrooms and bedrooms are super nice. We felt very at-home in Henry's place, and appreciate the details he provides about checking in, keys, garage parking, etc. We had a great time.

It doesn't get much better than this condo. Located right on the ocean, it offers privacy while being conveniently close to all the excitement of Key West without the hustle and bustle. The condo was immaculate upon our arrival, and the amazing views lived up to the photos. The balcony was perfect for mid-afternoon naps with the soothing sounds of the wind in the palm trees and the gentle ocean waves right below. Jenna was incredibly responsive both before and during our stay. This is where we want to be the next time we visit Key West.

Chris's spot in Marathon exceeded all expectations - the view from the balcony looking out onto the ocean was breathtaking with beautiful sunsets every night. Great restaurants nearby including a tikibar behind the property. 10/10 stay and would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a place to stay in Marathon.

Nice area near the airport away from Duval but easy to get to everything. Kids liked the pool (water was warm and hot tub was hot), comfortable beds and good sized kitchen.

Everything was perfect for our stay at Airbnb, the pool felt amazing, the views were stunning, and the Uber drivers were incredibly fast. Even the locals agree that this is the best place to stay in Key West, and I couldn't agree more - I'll definitely be back. Our host, Traci, was absolutely top-notch!

We had the best time at the Crown Jewel. Property was exactly as described—perfect condition. Bed was super comfortable. Patio view was unbeatable. The property management company was extremely communicative and helpful. Would absolutely recommend!

This beautiful condo was so much more wonderful than the pictures portrayed! It is the most amazing location and setting with a stunning courtyard garden, ocean views and its own little beach. I felt like I stepped into Paradise! The complex was quiet, respectful and beautifully maintained. The location on the island could not be beat with a short walk to Smathers Beach and Higgs Beach. This was our first time in Key West and it was pure magic! Thank you!

This place is a gem! The condo was very spacious and it was supplied with everything we needed, no need to buy any extras like other places we have stayed at- Thank you for that! The pool was fantastic! Walking distance to beautiful Smathers Beach. We did not get to do any water activities due to the wind but we had fun exploring around town. Will definitely be returning!

Very nice place to stay without breaking the bank. Lyft and Uber are always available to get you to where you want to go or rent a golf cart. Very responsive host, we will definitely be back.

Great place, clean, nice location, and complimentary snacks and water on the fridge, which was a pleasant surprise. The location is well-maintained and strategically situated, providing an overall positive experience.

The stay experience exceeded our expectations. The only recommendation would be to have a listing of recommended restaurants, beaches, boat rental places, etc to go see in both Marathon and key west. We visited key west and found out afterwards where we should have gone.

Such a wonderful location! We were looking for a location that offered quietness, safety, views, and we found it here at KCB! Canal view across the street. Mile to mile in a half walk to Sunset Park, 5 min walk to The Glunz Beach Resort. We all loved that the rental came with access to the beach resort!m- perfect for our two teenage daughters. Beautiful white sand and blue water. The rental was very nice, and felt like home away from home. Also really like that KCB has law enforcement, and they were always present. We would definitely stay at this location again if we’re to visit KCB again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

The Palm was perfect four our group, four people total. The pool/grotto area was fantastic - we caught blue crabs and a few yellowtail snapper off the dock, allowing for fantastic meals. The sargassum was thick on the shoreline but we knew that coming in to the trip. The compound is very nice and well taken care of. Key West is 20 minutes to the west, easy to get there. Cadmier gave us a great recommendation for in-house massages, Mindi was fantastic. Shower/tub in the master bedroom needs a remod, other than that it was perfect. We look forward to returning in the future.

Pros: - Affordable for the size - Plenty of beds and bathrooms for a family of five. - Easy gate access - Very clean house. - Nice peaceful pool - Plenty of parking -Convenient walk to CVS, Roostica, a deli, and a French bakery. Cons: - None of the showers had sufficient water pressure (the sinks did) - The first floor flooring is rotten and needs to be replaced before somebody falls through it, especially in the bathroom. - Second floor balcony is severely rotten and starting to give way. Safety issue. - Need spatulas to cook - Roosters crowing at 2 a.m. ( typical for the Keys) - Morning rush hour road noise during the week (again, typical for the Keys) We would stay here again. Hopefully, the cons would be corrected before then.

This company and the local property manager Katie are the absolute best! There is no better customer service! The house is spacious and private and the kitchen is well stocked. The back yard is an oasis! We loved every minute of our stay and would for sure choose this property again!

We all agreed this was the cleanest and best place we have stayed. It was immaculate and decorated so beautifully. Not only was Irene a great hostess, she excelled in attention to special details that made it such a wonderful visit to Key West. The extra touches such as fresh coffee beans, bagels, orange juice, etc., made us feel she truly cared about our experience. Beds were so comfortable and linens/towels were plentiful. Highly recommend for an unforgettable vacation!!

Amazing place with wonderful hosts. We really enjoyed our stay and we appreciated all the accommodations! Our family enjoyed fishing at the marina, watching manatees, the pool and the private beach across the street. Excellent hosts with quick responses to all of our questions and requests.
