New to the rental market, our family home is the perfect island getaway during any season! We're a few minutes walk to the beach and just a block away from our little beach town. Sunset Beach is quiet and feels worlds away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life! Nat'l Geographic named Sunset Beach as one of the top 21 beaches in the world! Our house is clean, updated, and comfortable with all the modern amenities (wifi, smart TVs). All bedding and bath linens are provided during your stay.

Beach House with Fabulous Views

Our wonderful beach house at the West End of the island of Holden Beach is available off-season with a 3 night minimum, and on a weekly basis from Memorial Day through Labor day. We can sleep up to 7 with 4 bedrooms, and our home has unbeatable views of the Intracoastal Waterway, the Marsh and the Ocean. This end of the island is only 2 homes deep, and beach access is just across the street. There is a gate with a code to this end of the island, and vehicular traffic is very low as a result.

The 1940’s Wicker Cottage/ Dog Friendly & Fenced

Come step back into time with all of the modern amenities! This cottage is newly renovated and has been taken back to its 1940’s roots. This 2 bed 2 bath sits on a 1/2 acre lot with plenty of parking! The cottage is 12 minutes from Holden Beach and 12 minutes from Brunswick Medical center. The cottage has a fenced in backyard space fun and safe for the fur kids and the fur less! The cottage sits on the main road to Holden Beach, which is a very active rural route. Many great local attractions!

No STAIRS......Private gated Waterway community with two pools/hot tub. Limited view, watch boats on the Intercoastal Waterway from condo. First floor, end unit. Designer Winter-white decor, power recliner & large Smart TV. Guest self-cleaned unit Well appointed kitchen, screened in porch with swing and a mile to the beach. Shopping….Five docks/spectacular sunsets. Must be 25 yrs old to rent. A two person maximum including adults, children, and infants. NO SMOKING in unit or outside, by HOA.

We've created a cozy, beach-themed getaway nestled in an adorable neighborhood, just a short drive to the ocean. We redid the entire home with all new appliances, flooring, and amenities. It's decorated to help each and every guest feel at home at the beach. The home is within 5 minutes of Sunset Beach. 10 minutes to North Myrtle, Cherry Grove. Both Wilmington and Myrtle Beach are within 40 minutes. There are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and bars very near the home as well.

Just 6 houses from beach access on coveted 40th St, this home has gorgeous views of Bird Island/Madd Inlet, an incredible 1200 acre wildlife preserve. For intimate family gatherings, best of friends, or as an executive retreat, you'll immediately relax in comfort and style with 2 full baths, 3 king masters, a queen bed and an upstairs bunk room that sleeps 4.

Oak Island Beach Guest Cottage

If you love being a short walk to the beach this place is for you! . We provide beach chairs and a cart for your 5 minute walk to beach. Eat in kitchen and you can serve your honey breakfast in bed. Farmers market around the corner in the summer months as well as concerts every Friday night, Tennis courts, pickle ball and splash pad in the same area to cool you off. We offer Wi-Fi and Roku. . Gas fire place on back porch. Indoor fireplace use is seasonal.

The Bridge of Coral Oak

This house is anything but tiny! Located in a wooded area 6 miles from Sunset and Ocean Isle Beach, Coral Oak is perfect for those who love to visit the beach but don’t want to stay in the crazy traffic. This house is located right in the middle of Wilmington and Myrtle Beach. You can enjoy all the seafood Calabash has to offer and even WALK to the Silver Coast Winery. This house has some special details so make sure to take the time to check it all out!

Lovely 1 Bedroom Condo with Pool Ocean Isle Beach

Only a short walk to the beach, this newly renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo is in a great location in a well maintained complex with an amazing water view of Jinks Creek. The private bedroom includes a king size bed, closet, and internet TV. This unit comfortably sleeps 4 with an upgraded gel queen mattress in the pull out sofa. Use our beach gear while spending the entire day at the beach and enjoy the sunsets from the deck.
