The little house

Relax and enjoy this cozy little house located centrally in Richland Wa. at the foothills of Badger and Candy mountain. We are near shopping, restaurants, wineries and easy access to the Highway. We have some of the best wineries in the country. Lots of fun hiking trails and outdoor water recreation. The little house has a queen murphy bed, and another queen bed in the loft. It’s designed for 1-4 guests. Kitchenette includes fridge, microwave, toaster, Keurig, blender and electric skillet.

Relax with friends or the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. A truly special space at an estate winery and vineyard. Three bedrooms each with a separate attached bathroom so everyone can have their own space. Two king rooms and one queen with a loft bed and a queen pullout couch in the living room. Enjoy a hot tub overlooking the vines and access to the tasting room at Dichotomy Vineyards. We provide some wine on arrival and the fixings for breakfast if you stay more than one night!

Mim's Place is a special place where all are welcome. Grandma Mim and Grandpa Pat built our little country farmhouse in 1940. It is a modest peaceful home surrounded by cattle and alpaca farms. Quail, dove birds and big horned owl are seen daily. Enjoy the sunrise over Horse Heaven Hills or the remarkable sunset as it falls over Mt. Adams. Only 3 miles away is Vintners Village, home to over 12 wineries and and great food. Prosser boasts over 35 wineries and is home to many wine events.

This home is a wonderful place with lots of space for you to do you. Come here and relax while you enjoy the hometown feel of the community. From the upstairs suite you can watch the sun rise in the morning over the horse heaven hills from the private living room. Relax in the luxurious, spacious shower, lounge in the comfortable king-sized bed, or be productive at your own work station. NOTE: this is a basement walk-out apartment underneath our family’s living space. While we have gone to extensive lengths to eliminate sound transfer, you may still hear occasional footsteps above (especially 7-9 am and 5-7 pm).
