This new magnificently appointed studio has its own private entrance, private outdoor area as well as onsite parking. Located in the Sunderland Bay area on Phillip Island Victoria, home of the world famous Penguin Parade, within 10 minutes walk of Surfies Point Surf beach and 3 km from safe surf beach at Smiths Beach. The cottage built in 2014 is modern, fully self- contained, perfect for couples or a family with off street parking and safe play yard for children. Wheelchair ramp, Highchair & portable cot.

Twin Palms offers an easy and relaxed family beach holiday, just pack the car, kids and dog and move straight in to home away from home. It is located 500m from Surfies Point, a perfect beach, with gentle waves for boogie boards, and bigger waves out the back for the more experienced surfers.
