Her får du fornemmelsen af dit eget private byhus, da lejligheden har sin egen indgang som fører dig frem til lejlighedens egen gårdhave og to terrasser. I stueplan ligger et lille soveværelse, badeværelse og kontor. På 1. sal ligger mastersoveværelse. Lejligheden bliver din egen lille oase midt i byen lige ved Amagerbro Metro og cykelafstand til stranden.

Lækker, lille kælderlejlighed (30kvm) i stort hus fra 2018 i roligt villakvarter. Gåafstand til Amager strand og metro og 15 min på cykel til København Centrum. Nyd en getaway for to voksne evt plus en ekstra person. Madras kan lånes. Lejligheden er en del af vores hus, men med egen indgang. Vi vil derfor evt være hjemme til at tage godt i mod jer og sørge for et dejligt ophold. Lejligheden har alt, hvad der skal bruges; køleskab, service, ovn, mikroovn mv. Adgang til vaskerum efter aftale.

Du har nem adgang til alt fra denne perfekt beliggende base. Lejligheden har et godt lys og er hyggelig indrettet. Den består af 1 stue med sofa hjørne og spisebord, fra stuen er det adgang til altan, hvor der er gas grill. Desuden er der 1 værelse med dobbelt seng, et lækkert stort køkken, samt bad m brus og wc.
