Lækker, lille kælderlejlighed (30kvm) i stort hus fra 2018 i roligt villakvarter. Gåafstand til Amager strand og metro og 15 min på cykel til København Centrum. Nyd en getaway for to voksne evt plus en ekstra person. Madras kan lånes. Lejligheden er en del af vores hus, men med egen indgang. Vi vil derfor evt være hjemme til at tage godt i mod jer og sørge for et dejligt ophold. Lejligheden har alt, hvad der skal bruges; køleskab, service, ovn, mikroovn mv. Adgang til vaskerum efter aftale.

Central location between the main train station and airport, very easy to get around with public transportation or using the 2 bicycles. Hyggelig og nyrenoveret lejlighed på 50 m² i det rolige og familievenlige kvarter Sundbyvester, tæt på busterminal. Lejligheden er inspireret af klassisk dansk design og har en god rumfordeling med et lyst soveværelse, der rummer en 160 cm seng og en stor garderobe. Stuen er i åben forbindelse med køkkenet, hvilket skaber en indbydende og social atmosfære, og badeværelset er moderne og funktionelt. Lejligheden er fuldt møbleret og udstyret med både opvaskemaskine, vaskemaskine og gratis wifi.

You can live in this private, modern and charming aparment, close to the airport ( 3 km - 5 min. Car ), with your own entrance, and key box for easy check-in. From 1 to 4 persons. There are 2 bedrooms, a living room with a sleeping couch, and a modern kitchen with washer and dryer. The bathroom is renovated and new. The apartment is 80 m2 and in the lower part of the house, totally separated and quiet. There is a beautiful courtyard with table and chairs where you can enjoy your privacy.
