It is 1000 square feet in size and is arranged with one bedroom and a bonus loft. The bedroom is on the main level, across the hall from a full bathroom. It is furnished with a log frame, queen-size bed and has a large closet for storage space. There is also a bureau and flat screen TV. The open kitchen features granite countertops, updated appliances, and all of the small kitchen appliances and cookware that you need to prepare a meal. There is a dining room table with benches for ample seating. The living room and kitchen both face the balcony and offer views of the Mt. Abram slopes. There is an authentic wood burning stove in the living and a comfy couch to watch the flames come to life. The living room has vaulted ceilings and is open to the loft. Upstairs, the loft is arranged with 1 full beds, 2 twins, a closet, and a full bathroom. This two-floor ideally located condo is on the mountain between Barker and White Cap Lodges. You can ski in/out using Roadrunner trail, which is right across the parking lot. There is plenty of parking and the condo is located in Building 2, which is closest to the common lodge area with a fireplace and pool/hot tub/sauna access. While this is technically a 1 br, there is a wall between the queen room and the full/twin room for privacy, and a queen size murphy cabinet bed in the living room.
