Walk to Sumter w/cart - Beautiful Courtyard Villa

We love this home because the location is FANTASTIC! It's under a mile to Sumter Landing (walking distance for us :)). Also, new floors, paint, etc! The living room furniture is extremely comfortable! The kitchen has everything you need. The beds are comfortable and there is a tv in every room. (The second bedroom but needs your own Roku or Firestick!) There is a cart included which is the best way to see The Villages. We know you will love it here! Let us know if you have any questions.

Inverness Home with a View

Relax in a clean, welcoming, home that has been updated. There are 2 fishing poles available for your use. We make sure they are in working condition and well maintained. Shopping, restaurants, and entertainment is close by. Want a beach....35 minute ride to Fort Island Trail Beach and boat ramp. We do allow hypoallergenic small dogs (2 max), non-shedding, 25 lbs. or less, each w/ proof of shot records, please bring a kennel with you. There is a non refundable $25.00 per dog fee.

This new home includes a cart in the heart of Easport, the mecca of all the entertainment and rec centers in the Villages, and is close to Middleton and Sawgrass entertainment squares as well; yet it's far enough that it is a peaceful retreat. The nearby premier recreation center Saluki has a pinball machine, arcade, ping pong, shuffleboard, bocce and family pool. A separate adult only pool is close as well. Guest passes are free and included is a newer gas powered 2 seater golf cart.
