Great location near Frontier Park gives you quick and convenient access to the best Erie has to offer: Bayfront, I79, Presque Isle, Waldameer Amusement Park, downtown, and more! Clean and spacious 1100 square foot apartment provides plenty of room for your traveling party: King bed, queen bed, and futon can hold 6 people. Two standard bedrooms plus a sunroom that can be used as a 3rd bedroom. Dining room with large table that sits 6 people and fully stocked kitchen. Has desk with office chair.

Everything in this house was chosen to make visitors a great stay. The house is warm and inviting. Big backyard and a porch where you can sit and enjoy. Whatever the reason brings you to Erie, this is a place you are going to feel at home. It is a very comfortable and peaceful place. Near to Millcreek Mall, Erie Zoo, UPMC, Mercyhurst University and Berhend Penn State. This home is 20 minutes away to Presque Isle When you are home enjoy a good coffee while watching TV or playing board games.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home in Summit Township close to Peach Street attractions and restaurants. An updated 1920s era block & stucco home located just 5-7 minutes from Splash Lagoon, ERIE Sports park/Ice Skating & Soccer fields, Millcreek Mall, Millcreek Community Hospital, I-90 and a variety of restaurants and stores. Built out of block, the home is serene and peaceful. The back yard is large, partially wooded and private w/ firepit.

Looking for a stylish and comfy place to stay while visiting Erie? You have found the spot. All four bedrooms have cooling gel memory foam mattresses, including both king beds. There are two 55-inch TVs, charging stations and wall hooks throughout, and a stocked kitchen ready for your next gourmet meal. All this and you are only a short walk to Avanti's Diner, Pressed Coffee, and Frontier Park. And, only a 5 min drive to Presque Isle, the Bayfront Convention Center, Waldameer, UPMC, and more.

The Summit Art House

This unique and artistic space can sleep up to 7 and is a very short drive to many of Erie's tourist attractions. We are a 5 minute drive to the Millcreek Mall and adjacent shopping areas and about 20 minutes from downtown Erie and Presque Isle. We are also close to the casino, being only a 5 minute drive. Our space is great for a larger family or groups coming to town to have a weekend shopping trip, bachelorette party, or small family reunion. We do allow one dog, but require a fee.

Please read our house manual/arrival guide as we want our listing to be as transparent as possible. Please google the general area as to understand the area we are in. In case you want something closer to your destination. You will hear “city sounds” (Is the code word). NON-SMOKING!! NO PETS!

This cabin has everything you need to relax, cook, sleep, and enjoy your time. Just minutes away from shopping, restaurants, the Millcreek Mall, Presque Isle Downs and Casino, Presque Isle State Park, and Waldameer.

We do not host locals. Our private 2 bedroom, one bath suite is the perfect location for year round activities. It is attached to our home but, has it's own private entrance with gated driveway. It is close to beaches, amusement park, water park and nature hikes. There is free access to the hot tub and barbecue grill. Parking is off street and private with room for your boat or trailer.
