It’s a beautiful place and a wonderful host.

The place was very spacious, clean and cozy with a lot of natural light. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to comfortably cook. Very well furnished with modern and comfortable pieces. Extra linens and towels were readily available and the location makes it very quiet and private, but also close to amenities and night live! There is a massuse on the main floor of the building that is highly recommended as well!!! Overall a great place to relax and have fun!!! Thank you very much Jeni! I will gladly stay again!

Myrtle is a wonderful host. She is very willing to help guests and solve various problems. Her Airbnb is wonderful, even more so than in the photos!

Lovely large home. Amenities are great. Close to UPEI and not far from Downtown.

We had a great stay at Spencer’s place. The place is located close to the bridge, and getting around was easy. The home was clean and matched the description. It is a very quiet neighborhood. We booked last minute (day before our arrival) and appreciate the last minute accommodation!

Our family had a great stay. Lots of space, very clean and well kept. We visit this area often and will be looking to book again. Owner had great communication. This was our first airbnb stay and it was positive experience. Thank you,

Great place to stay, close to everything and very quiet.

Our family loved our stay at Samantha's place for our first visit to PEI. Location is exactly as shown and described in photos, was clean and had all necessities. It was a very relaxing stay and the kids loved it! Only thing I'd mention is there seemed to be a lack of BBQ utensils (or we couldn't find them) but made due! :) Highly recommend for those looking for a roomy, clean and quiet place to stay in PEI.

I would highly recommend this location and booking with Kara! She was a great host who was very responsive and very accommodating. The place was very clean and was exactly as advertised. It was even decorated for the holidays which game it an at home-like feel. It was a great location for a large group with a large couch in the living room and a large dining table which could accommodate everyone in the group. If I’m ever looking in the area again, I would definitely go back!

Two thumbs way up! The Douse House is a marvelous place in a perfect location. Simply walk a few blocks for morning coffee, evening meals, or food shop to eat-in. Four adults in our party had plenty of room to relax individually or gather for a meal or an evening cocktail. The house is spotlessly clean, a beverage fridge offers Bubly and bottled water, there’s a fully appointed kitchen, a Keurig coffee maker, the beds are very comfortable, there are plenty of towels and all bath necessities (hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower wash) are provided. Paper products (TP, paper towels and Kleenex) are also well-stocked. Our host was very helpful in providing suggestions for things to do, good coffee and tasty meals. Oh! All visitors to PEI, please make the effort to enjoy a meal in the dining room at Holland College. The food is delicious and the view is spectacular!

Nous avons vraiment apprécié l’endroit! Le condo est très grand, les 2 salles de bains très pratiques pour 4 personnes. La vue est magnifique, les promenades sur le rivage étaient tellement agréables. L’endroit était tranquille et le voisinage agréable. Nous le recommandons!

Great location for walking the waterfront, downtown Charlottetown, and restaurants. Tons of linens/towels provided. Host was very accommodating for early check-in and responsive throughout our stay for questions.

Quiet place with calming water front view. Parking is super easy. All the downtown restaurants are just mins away. The Receiver Coffee next door is excellent. The lobster seafood restaurant is also just next door. Couldn’t ask for a better stay.
