We, 3 adult family, stayed a month and really enjoyed this property. Off street parking, a nice porch with barbecue, and garden area and a quiet neighborhood. Walkable to supermarket (and farmers market, which starts mid April) and a couple of restaurants. A longer walk to downtown. It is comfortably furnished and had plenty of kitchen items, crockery and utensils. Linens were fine with plenty of extra pillows, sheets etc. Extra touches like candy, wine and snacks on arrival. Plenty of laundry cleaner and soaps etc. Full range of shows on TV (no TV in bedrooms) and good Wifi speed. Sarah was responsive to our questions. We really enjoyed our stay and are glad and lucky to have chosen it for the first phase of our relocation to NE TN. Thanks again Sarah.

Great place! Two blocks from downtown and all the restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. The bed and front futon was perfect for my family and I . No issues at all . We will definitely book again.

Flawless check in process and easy fast communication with Adeline. The home was as advertised. Clean, comfortable, and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Easy freeway access and a short drive to downtown Kingsport. Our K9 loved the gated backyard. Dollar General and gas station down the street if needed. Overall a great place that I will stay at again during my next visit.

We loved the character of the home it was very comfortable for 2 couples. 20 minutes from airport and 20 minutes from the events we had scheduled.

Great clean little house in a nice quiet neighborhood. Walkable to State Street & close drive to all that Bristol has to offer. Our dogs loved the yard, which made it easier for us to get out & explore. We were able to go to the Bristol Caverns, Bristol Speedway, the Pinnacle, roller skate at the Bristol Skateway and horseback riding tour in the mountains in Rogersville. Would definitely stay again in this cottage. Thank you Brandon!!!

The house was exactly what we needed. The beds were comfortable, location was great, and the place was clean. We loved the old house vibe accompanied by some updated amenities. Hugo was very responsive to messages and gave us some great local recommendations. If we are ever back in Bristol we would definitely stay here again.

Our family loved our stay in Kingsport. We were in town for unfortunate circumstances and she was more than accommodating. We were so very grateful for the space and ability to gather as a family.

We were here for a dog show and didn’t want to stay at the event center. This a lovely home away from home. Charming, tasteful, old house feel with modern decor and amenities. Don’t worry about the coffee, shampoo and conditioner- it’s all here for you. Plenty of space options and a ground floor bed next to a bathroom in case someone needs an accessible space. We especially loved the dog friendly atmosphere and the enclosed back patio and terrace. Shopping and the Meadowview event center is within 15 minutes, and the Smoky Mountain National park is less than two hours away, Bristol is less than an hour for those wanting to visit the birthplace of Country music. We would absolutely stay here again, should we come back to Kingsport.

We were fortunate to stay at this home in Bristol for 3 months. The home was clean, spacious & was very functional. The kitchen has every essential needed for everyday cooking and much more, including a kureg, mixer, toaster & blender. The bedrooms were spacious with storage in closets/dressers & the beds were comfortable. The water was hot for showers & great water pressure. The basement was huge! So much extra space for storage, along with a bedroom, bar, large office desk & washer/dryer. The neighborhood felt very safe with people walking with their dogs or families. The neighbors were very friendly (even invited the neighbor over to watch the Superbowl with us), the yard was large and fenced in with a large porch with plenty of seating. Teresa was very nice, was always available and responded promptly when we had questions or needed something. I would highly recommend her property if you find yourself in Bristol Tennessee. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Stayed at Kay’s place during race weekend. Overall a nice experience. On the outskirts away from the craziness for that weekend. 20min drive to the track. Good communication.

Firstly, Rich and Coco are great! They are humorous, detail oriented, and attentive- this was discovered before even arriving. What surprised me most was that they remembered the little details regarding our stay, like why we were there, travel companions, etc. Now their home… The peacefulness upon entering cannot accurately be described. It’s quaint, clean, quiet, and absolutely perfect for rest and reflection. One of the highlights is the serenity of the outdoor patio. This is the perfect place to unwind and refresh. Rich and Coco made our stay absolutely amazing as they responded within minutes to every inquiry. I wish every stay I have in the future is as beautiful as this one. You will not regret booking this place. It’s a gem, and so are the hosts.

We felt right at home! Super clean and comfortable place. The stream flowing through the back of the property is beautiful and peaceful. Will stay again if available when we travel back to the area.

We enjoyed staying at Zach's place! He was very quick to respond to our messages, and the space was exactly as described. We stayed here for the Bristol NASCAR race, and it was an easy drive to and from the track. We appreciated that Zach went above and beyond to tell us an easier route to take to the house, rather than a very steep hill that our GPS told us to take. We will definitely stay here if we return to the Bristol race in the future!

We loved it! Very clean and cute home in a peaceful, quiet location with amazing views. The neighbors are extremely nice and their dog Mia is adorable. Our kids and dog loved playing with Mia. We also loved the donkeys and cows! Maggie is a fabulous host and very responsive.

Jennifer and Travis' home was the perfect spot for me and my family on our trip to Kingsport. The tastefully decorated and meticulously cleaned home offered a beautiful sunset view from the deck overlooking a wooded area; a fully equipped kitchen; cozy, yet roomy living area; comfortable beds and baths; and, even a fire pit complete with wood and lighting tools. Soooooo relaxing! Jennifer and Travis treated us like royalty, even going so far as to deliver our groceries left on their stoop by mistake. We recommend Peaceful Peak without hesitation and look forward to our next stay!....Five stars and two thumbs up!

This place was perfect - quiet, serene, and secluded but just minutes from coffee shops, grocery stores, and downtown Bristol. Two wonderful porches, a babbling brook, large bedrooms and bathrooms, multiple dining areas, a hot tub and fire pit, this place had it all. We hope to be back soon!

We absolutely loved the vibe of this place! Had so many great things to do at the house and we were close enough to town to easily go out! Will definitely stay again!!

Tara's home was absolutely more than we could have hoped for. We were in town for the NASCAR races at the Bristol Motor Speedway and needed a place large enough for 5 of us within close distance to the track. Tara's place had plenty of space for us all and was a very short drive from the track. Her home was stocked as if she was our family welcoming us in for a long weekend. We had everything we needed and more! The home was very nice, spacious and perfect for our group who was looking to stay in a home so that we could enjoy time together in the mornings and evenings that you don't get when staying at a hotel/motel. The bedrooms were good sized, linens and towels were fresh and clean, beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were also good sized with plenty of towels available and the half bath on the main level was very convenient. We loved being able to bring in food and enjoy it at the table, make our coffee and tea each morning and really enjoyed relaxing on the back deck! Recommend!

What a great stay! Not only was Jerry absolutely great about getting back to us about small things, but when a tree went down in the road (we stayed during Hurricane Helene), brought out plenty of "emergency" items for our comfort while the power was out. Wonderful hosts and a beautiful home! When back in the area, we would love to stay again!

Great place to stay. Plenty of truck and boat parking for fishermen. Beautiful dock overlooking the river. Megan was in constant communication to make sure our stay was perfect. Two thumbs up.

Beautiful home, pictures do not do it justice. So peaceful and relaxing. Really enjoyed the hot tub and fire place. Communication was great and kepted in contact the whole visit. This is the perfect little on the lake getaway. Not a far drive from great bars and restaurants yet also perfectly secluded on its own with plenty to keep you entertained while you're there. We had a blast!
