This boutique tiny home is situated in the picturesque Upper Valley of Vermont. The nearly 50 acres of private land is equal parts woods and water. You will wake to the mooing of dairy cows. Have your coffee on the porch while watching birds dive for their breakfast on the pond. Inside you will find every modern amenity. A fully appointed chef's kitchen. A living area filled with comfy furnishings and a cozy fireplace. Upstairs is a queen bedroom with an ensuite double showered bathroom. Heaven!

This is a true 4 season destination with skiing, hiking, swimming, and shopping / dining in Littleton which was voted one of the best small towns in America. Bring your family and friends for a weekend in the heart of the White Mountains, nestled in the woods off a winding dirt road adjacent to the river. The cabin is located across the street from Gale River and close to Franconia Notch State Park, Crawford Notch, minutes from Cannon Mountain and close to multiple other ski mountains, hiking trails, breweries, and many other attractions!

Tasseltop Cottage in Sugar Hill

Our guest house, affectionately known as the “shanty” is located in a very private setting on our property in Sugar Hill. We are located about 25 minutes from the Brenton Woods Ski area and also Loon Mountain ski area. Cannon Mountain is about a 15 minute drive. Our property abuts the Toad Hill Farm wedding venue and is a 5 minute drive from the cottage. The Bishop Farm wedding venue is about 12 minutes away.
