Our Family of 5 absolutely loved our 3 night stay here, cannot say enough good things about this town, this host and this lovely space - everything was above and beyond our expectations! The space is larger than it appears in photos and everything inside was top quality. Our 3 kids each loved having their own bed. We enjoyed cooking and eating in as well as sampling the yummy food that the town has to offer. Sarah provides a great selection of movies, novels and picture books of the area as well as the most impressive Welcome Basket - much appreciated after a busy travel day!

This place is really special. We felt at home straight away and our little dog did too! It was comfortable and clean, equipped with everything you could need. It feels like it was once a loved home. Minutes from the beach and really nice restaurants, pier etc. Perfect communication from Maureen. We had a great time and would love to go back soon.

The accommodation was amazing to stay as a family! Plenty of space, clean and tidy! Everything was exactly as in the description. Treats in the fridge were a nice surprise as well!!! Joanna was so responsive and helpful. We will definitely recommend the apartment to our friends and come back ourselves next time we are in Ipswich. 🥰

Fantastic stay, was just what I needed. So peaceful, lots of birds singing when o sat outside and had dinner. Beautiful sunset. Great space to sit and read/write too. Grateful for the information about the local village - I enjoyed the local Chinese food! Also a really nice walk from the local sailing club to a nearby marina. Would stay here again, thanks Anne.

Perfect location and perfect base for our time in Ipswich. Apartment had everything we needed and a few extras which were a nice surprise. Would definitely stay here again for our next visit.

Had an amazing long weekend here! The property is stunning and really felt like a home away from home. The location is ideal, close to local shops and only a short distance to Thetford Forest. We had a wonderful time, the House was immaculate. Talking to Graham was very straight forward and easy. The house and grounds are in a beautiful setting. My wife and daughter used the pool most evenings. I would highly recommend staying at Blyth view!

The property was an absolute gem of a find. It suited two couples and a dog perfectly. there is a snug lounge and a sunny garden room which provided plenty of space. The kitchen area is small but lacked for absolutely nothing. the dining room is an absolute star and provides a lovely space in which to socialise. The bedrooms were both very comfortable. The house is simply full of art and other eclectic touches that make it feel like a cherished home. The garden is another standout asset with plenty of space to relax. It's an easy 15 minute walk in to town and Beccles has a nice mix of shops and facilities. T&T, who let the property, are fantastic communicators and made us feel genuinely welcome - a big thank you for this. If staying in the area again, this property will suit us very nicely and offers excellent value.

How went above and beyond. It is a great location if you are moving to the area and makes you feel at home.

Lovely 3 storey home, well equipped with very responsive hosts. Really enjoyed our stay here, the sun trap balcony was very welcome during the windy weather. Felixstowe is so great, three generations in our family cohort and we all loved it. Beach Street pizza and coffee were two highlights.

Absolutely perfect stay in a beautiful area. The house was spotless and even bigger than the photos show! It was perfect for 4 adults and my 16 month old daughter. Stuart sent great instructions through and loads of information about the local area, although we actually loved the house and grounds so much that we didn’t venture any further - we had a lovely few relaxing days in the house and walks around the woodland. My daughter even got to feed the goats. Will definitely come back, and will do a summer visit too as the pool looked beautiful.

Had a great stay at Sara’s lodge. The place looks very nice and clean, with new interiors and spacious enough for a family of four. Sara was attentive and friendly throughout. Highly recommend it.

What a fantastic stay! Kim was very communicative in the booking and check in process. The flat was spotless on arrival and she had left lots of treats for the stay with coffee/tea/condiments/spices. It felt just like a home away from home. The location was fantastic for walking everywhere as it's so close to the train station. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could!

The photos cannot convey how secluded and beautiful the setting is - with the houses set among mature trees of a former arboretum. Guests are welcome to enjoy Paul and Esther's lovely garden. The annexe is entirely self-contained. Esther is an exceptionally friendly and helpful host.

We had a lovely weekend getaway at Tim’s place. I booked it very last minute and he was quick to get all the information to me to ensure a smooth entrance to the property. The flat itself is right on the beach with gorgeous views for your morning coffee! The flat is quiet and cosy and has everything you need for a relaxing trip. Thanks guys!

Me and my wife stayed here for New Year’s Eve. We wanted. Change from the house party vibe, and stumbled across this lovely place. Annetta is a lovely host, very friendly and was happy to help if needed. We enjoyed the location, such a wonderful house surrounded by countryside. The jacuzzi was amazing! We looked at the stars while sipping champagne from our wedding a few months back. What more do you want! Would definitely recommend! Thanks for the hospitality Annetta! All the best Luke & Addie x

We had the most wonderful 2 days here, totally blew us away. The setting is amazing and the flat is really spacious and very comfortable. We will definitely be back x
