WINTER IS HERE…Come and enjoy a wonderful cozy time in our guest house. The winter birds are easy to see and you can still hike along the ocean. Hawks, cardinals, blue jays, bluebirds, gold finches and more are here year round. Great places to shop and eat or catch a show at one of New Haven’s renowned museums or broadway theatres or relax. Great restaurants along the shore. Enjoy! We want you to have a relaxing stay with us, free from worry. We are located in a private area, away from public.

Detached bungalow w/ private bath

Cozy, simple living, in separate guest house w/ use of amenities (shared with our family of 4) including sauna & hot tub. The bungalow/guesthouse features a Queen bed, its own private bathroom (shower), small kitchenette (countertop oven, Keurig coffee maker & small fridge) and loveseat for relaxing. There is a dedicated separate outdoor seating area for 2 guests. 2 Adult guests ONLY, no children due to size of guesthouse and proximity to the pool. Please NO pets allowed since owners have pets

Chic Artist Loft Cottage

We loved all things SEA…my family built this special Artist Loft Tiny Cottage Retreat. Over the years, family & guests have created beautiful memories here. The Cottage has a large fenced yard, & deck. The inside is an open layout, light and airy. It is very clean and designed with care. The living rm area has a sleeping sofa with a staircase to the loft that has a platform bed and a tiny twin cot. The kitchen is fully equipped & there is a full bath & W/D. 1 mile to Main St/1.5 mi. to Beaches.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish beach cottage in Sag Harbor. It is the perfect spot for a single or couple to enjoy the Hamptons beachy lifestyle. Fully appointed for your stay, just bring your bathing suit. Outside is your own patio with sitting area, dining table with umbrella, BBQ and my own tiny cottage “Bouy Cottage” is across the lawn so I (or other guests may be there in August/September/October stays). Firepit area is shared with Bouy Cottage.

The Cottage at Indian Cove

A charming original turn of the century cottage that was recently renovated. One main room plus a full bathroom and Ikea kitchen. It includes a back porch that gets a perfect amount of late afternoon sun. The cottage has electric baseboard heat for cool nights. We are located in Indian Cove beach Association with a two block walk to the beach. You are welcome to enjoy our kayaks, bikes to tour the area and a fire pit.

DITCH PLAINS SURF HOUSE

Beach house on quiet street, 200 yards to Montauk's best surfing beach, Ditch Plains. The house is a simple all white home with 2 decks, BBQ, bikes, kayak, and easy open floorplan. You can hear the ocean all day long on this hidden Montauk street. Easily walk or bike to the beach, where you find waves, food trucks in the summer & miles of sand and ocean heading west to Montauk.

Sag Harbor Cottage in historic district

Charming studio cottage in the historic district of Sag Harbor. Comfortable queen bed. Walk to shops or restaurants downtown. Nearby beaches for swimming, kayaking or sailing. Great location to explore all of the Hamptons or get to know Sag Harbor with its unique charm and friendly atmosphere. We are the "un-Hamptons."
