Tuvimos unas vacaciones inolvidables en esta casa maravillosa. La propiedad es preciosa, con vistas increíbles y un jardín espectacular que invita al descanso y la desconexión total. Las camas son muy cómodas, lo que hizo que cada noche fuera perfecta después de días llenos de tranquilidad y paisajes hermosos. Aunque el acceso a la propiedad no es el más sencillo, para nuestra familia fue toda una aventura que valió completamente la pena. Al llegar, te encuentras con un verdadero paraíso. Además, el equipo de Eliza y Vicky estuvo siempre con la mejor disposición para ayudarnos con todo, lo que hizo que la llegada y la instalación fueran mucho más fáciles. Pudimos disfrutar del lago y de la propiedad donde tuvimos la oportunidad de reconectar como familia, compartir momentos inolvidables y crear recuerdos que siempre llevaremos con nosotros. Queremos agradecer especialmente a Vicky y Pedro quienes estuvieron pendientes en todo momento. Volveremos pronto!!

La casa es hermosa cuenta con todo lo necesario para la estancia excelente ubicación al lago cerca de miradores Nicolas muy atento, estuvo pendiente de nuestra estadia super recordable su servicio y el tour excelente👌

Vanessa's place is just like heaven, beautiful surroundings and she kept with new improvements all the time. The quality service that Rudy provides ( the house keeper) is awesome, he is always attentive to our needs and is very polite. We have booked Vanessa's house 3 times now, and are always happy to come back every Spring break.

It’s a good place. It’s very center little bit noisy because of the church in front other than that everything was great. I will stay there again.

הדירה הכי טובה שהייתי בה בכל דרום אמריקה! השירות של הצוות פשוט מעל לכל ביקורת! תמיד יש מענה, תמיד עוזרים ותמיד בחיוך! המיקום של הדירה פשוט מעולה, הדירה מרווחת עם מיזוג אוויר, טלוויזיה חכמה, מטבח מאובזר! יש שער שמירה בכניסה ומרגישים בטוח למרות שאין צורך, הדירה נמצאת על השדרה הראשית ובמקום מאוד בטוח! ממליץ ביותר על הדירה הזאת! הכי נהנתי בה מכל המקומות שהיינו בהם!

We had a lovely stay, the view is amazing and it’s very calm and peaceful, but still relatively quick to get to the centre of San Pedro (20 min walk). We would definitely come back!

Great place to stay in San Pedro! You cannot beat the location. Street market vendors with fresh produce just around the corner. Hot water in the apartment. Right next to a lovely park. 10 min walk to water taxis. We stayed here a week and it was absolutely perfect! The upstairs outdoor area was cute, I wish we took advantage of it more! Thanks again.

I stayed here on glorious week and could have stayed another. The place was exactly as described and the rooftop deck/kitchen was an amazing place to work and chill. It was a 50 yard walk to the lake and only a 5-10 walk to the main tourist area. It’s also about as peaceful as San Pedro gets. Town has a party vibe so you will still hear music at night and the occasional dog barking but nothing that even cheap earplugs can’t handle.

La vista es espectacular, y la ubicación perfecta para rumbear y cerca del muelle. Kenny es el mejor host! Nos organizó un tour de todo el día para conocer San Pedro y el mismo nos acompañó para explicarnos todo.

Ana dio instrucciones super claras, fue muy amable y el apartamento está super bien ubicado del irtra, el apartamento es tal y como se indica en la descripción y tiene todo lo necesario.

Excelente si vas a los parques del irtra, a solo 7 minutos de distancia, en un condominio muy tranquilo.

I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a more relaxed stay. The view of San Pedro from the balcony was absolutely beautiful! I ended up spending more time at the unit in the hammock for that reason. There is no A/C (as most accommodations in the area) but you can leave the windows open to cool down at night (I didn’t have any insect problems during my stay). The unit is situated between San Pedro and San Juan so you’ll have easy access to both areas via tuktuk. San Pedro is a loud nightlife area so bring ear plugs (also what other guests have mentioned in their reviews so I was aware when I had booked this). I’m not sure if there are any other spots that you could get the same view without the noise. The unit is outside of the main busy areas so there aren’t any restaurants nearby but it’s really easy to grab a tuktuk right out front for very little (10-15 GTQ). Clemente was also very kind and very responsive. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe staying here.

Todo fue excelente, muy bonito, espacioso ordenado y limpio. La vista en la terraza fue lo mejor ver el atardecer y el amanecer fue muy bello..... mi familia quedó encantada, volvere en un futuro.

Mario fue muy amable, atento y estuvo pendiente a cualquier solicitud. Me gustó el lugar por que tenía lo necesario para nuestra comodidad...
