Nahe dem Zentrum und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Eine Kirche in der Nähe , im Innern hört man allerdings nichts davon, ab 00:00 läutet sie nicht mehr. Der private Sitzplatz mit Abendsonne und Bachplätschern lädt zum abschalten ein und der Spazierweg zur Emme führt direkt vor der Wohnung vorbei.
