A perfect romantic rendezvous spot or a place to take the kids! This cozy beach cottage is located on a canal with 30’ seawall. Short 3 min walk to beach! Huge pool, private beach, gym, billiard room, bathrooms/showers. Bath house located 3 doors down w/ extra showers, laundry room, & extra bathrooms.

Beachfront get-away Hutchinson Island Condo

Spectacular beachfront condo!! Beautifully updated beach front condo with views from every window! Located in the Marriott Resort our guests can use all the amenities-a $300 resort fee paid directly to the Marriott Ocean club- golf, tennis, pickleball, 3 pools, restaurants. A weekend getaway or work/school staycation with stellar internet! We also own a 3rd floor 1 bed 1 bath fully renovated condo in this building as well as a 2 bed 2 bath condo in the building next door.

Welcome to Nova Beach Cottage, the guest house on the oceanfront estate of famous sculptor, Mihai Popa, a.k.a. “Nova”. Located on the south tip of North Hutchinson Island directly next to the Fort Pierce Inlet State Park. Garden and beach path a few steps from the cottage. Screened patio from bedroom.
