Located on the outskirts of an old fishing village, nestled in the rocks itself between the roaring sea and the quite canal. Its close to the ocean and in between you find a landscape typical for the region, raw, beautiful and surreal. Renovated spacious and practical house with room for many. In addition to the Bohuslän idyll, there is a fenced plot with hammock, hot tub, outdoor kitchen with large grill and Italian pizza oven. In addition, it is close to sea bathing, fishing, paddling with our two kayaks and walking distance to our charming local restaurants (Havstenssunds Bistro and Skaldjurcaffeet). It is 8 km to Grebbestad where there is a rich selection of restaurants and shops that are open all year round.

Hytta ligger i et stille hytteområde på Kirkøy, Hvaler. Kort gangavstand til Skjærhalden, tettsted og ca. 30 min fra Fredrikstad. Eiendommen har sol fra morgen til kveld, med flere fine uteplasser. Velg mellom sol eller skygge, alt etter hva du foretrekker. Hytta er praktisk innredet og enkel å holde i orden. Alt ligger lett tilgjengelig, både under oppholdet og for rengjøring ved avreise. Dette er et sted for rolige og hyggelige opphold. NB! Dette er IKKE en hytte for fest!

Flott gjestehus/anneks kun 30 meter fra sjøen. Flotte bademuligheter, kjørevei helt frem. 10 /15 min til butikker og restauranter på Skjærhalden. Gjestehuset består av et minikjøkken, spiseplass til 4 personer. Hems med 3 madrasser og sovesofa i oppholdsrommet. Bad med dusj og toalett. Mulighet for å låne vaskerom som ligger i gjestehuset med egen inngang. Egen uteplass utenfor annekset. Gode solforhold.

Med havet som granne

Välkommen till en mysig lägenhet i villa strax utanför Strömstad. Allt du kan behöva under din vistelse finns att tillgå, bland annat en kanot. Havet är alldeles nära så du kan ta ett dopp när det passar. Butik och restaurang finns vid campingen 500 meter bort. Sängkläder och laddning av elbil mot tillägg. Egen ingång från uteplats. En dubbelsäng i sovalkov, samt en bäddsoffa med två platser.

Det ligger også et fergeleie 800 meter fra huset, med en gratis ferge som kan ta deg til Kråkerøy, Sentrum og Gamlebyen 3 ganger i timen. Ca 10 min gange fra huset. Ålekilen
