Posto davvero magico. Peccato essere stato solo una notte. Purtroppo la Smyril Line ha anticipato la partenza di un giorno così ho dovuto lasciare la casa prima. Alina mi ha rimborsato la notte immediatamente. Onestà incredibile e servizio efficiente. Consiglio a tutti di venire in questo posto dove si è soli con l’oceano. Una notte e un’alba incredibili

A great location to stay while on the Faeröer 🇫🇴. Susanna is a very friendly host and her house is welcoming and cozy. Kitchen is well equipped, as is the rest of house. Stable internet should you need it. Easy drive from Torshavn and well positioned for all sorts of great activities and hikes in the Faeröer.

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft mit großartigen Ausblicken aus dem Eckfenster und der oben gelegenen Terrasse. Rannvá ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, fragt nach ob alles gut ist und gab im Vorfeld hilfreiche Tipps für die Umgebung. Oynafjordur ist eine wunderbare Gegend und man kann es gut als Basis für Wanderungen oder weitere Ausflüge nehmen.

Kristian and Rakul did a fabulous job renovating this historic house, adding modern conveniences, seamlessly combining the old with the new. Their design eye makes this home pleasing to look at but also very comfortable to live in. We felt a warm time travel hominess to this magical place.

This spot offers a very charming retreat, stunning landscapa and tranquility.

The cottage (Roykstovan) was so lovely!!! It was very peaceful and quiet- loved listening to the waves. Elduvík is out of the way but worth it. We loved having fires in the wood stove at night. The kitchen is perfectly functional and the bathroom is super nice- heated floors! Staying here was an amazing getaway. Also Aksel was super nice and communicative and gave great recommendations for hikes!

We had a wonderful stay at the house. it was perfext for two, but can easily accommodate more (3 bedrooms of which we only used 2). the interior is a true gem - a way-back-machine to the early 20th century, antique furniture, a shockingly well equipped kitchen (really, kudos for that! ther is also a cupboard with proper cocktail tools, something i've never seen in airbnbs before...), while not missing out on any amenities. I would gladly come again! Also, there was the most lovely guest book. If you want to check out the Elusive Glass Puffin and where to find it plus other guest's local recommendations, you need to visit yourself and have a look!

Really great place and very friendly host. This place is great value. I stayed there alone but it has space for multiple people. The view out the main large ‘conservatory’ area attached to the living room is very atmospheric. The 70inch Tv is also very nice if you like to watch YouTube and films. There are many great walks from the doorstep. I did the short hike to Trælanípa which is an incredible place. I highly recommend Gunnars place if you are staying in Miðvágur.
