Within driving distance to wineries, Stratford Hall, George Washington & James Monroe's birthplace, Westmoreland State Park, and the beach town of Colonial Beach.

Enjoy waterfront views from the screen porch, canoeing and crabbing off the dock, and swimming and searching for sharks teeth at our one of our neighborhood's private beaches. The rental comes with exclusive use of 2 kayaks. Guests are welcome to bring more water toys!

Furnishings and finishes are basic, and the minimalist setup includes Full and Twin beds. Open living areas and the breezy porch have great southern views of the Potomac River and Chesapeake Bay! Outside are picnic table, grill, and fire pit. Sea nettle jellyfish and mosquitos randomly appear in warm months.
