This walkout basement is like a fully furnished apartment; totally independent, nothing is shared with our guests. Has it's own (private): large furnished kitchen, dining table, fridge, TV(Netflix, Prime, HULU, Disney+, ESPN2..) bathroom, outdoor fire place, washer&dryer, 2 queen (one of which is sofa bed) and 1 twin beds. It is located in a peaceful newly built neighborhood with in couple of miles to Southland mall, recreation center and close to Airport. Has its own private access and gate.

Our Country Inn is conveniently located near DIA (airport). A great place to stop on your way to a Colorado vacation. Our setting, with a panoramic view of the Rocky Mountains, creates the mood of quiet unhurried country living and tranquility. Are you tired of the hustle and bustle of city life and need a breath of fresh air? Our Country Cube offers a quiet space to kick back by the fire, relax in the hammock, or play some cornhole while you watch the sunset. The tiny house is located on our 10-acre property surrounded by native grasses which is home to plenty of wildlife. Enjoy easy living inside with card games or Netflix. It is a 40-minute drive to DIA, 30 minutes to Brighton and the Wild Animal sanctuary is just 10 minutes away.

Book now to enjoy this comfortable, safe setting with mountain views, pine trees and wildlife, but a short drive to restaurants and shopping in Parker. You'll have a private entrance, king bedroom and fully equipped kitchen with laundry. In the summer, relax on the patio with a spacious backyard and enjoy the waterfall and wildlife. Your pets can come with you. It has a tall fenced in yard and a covered porch to sit and enjoy watching the horses as you rest and have a hot cup of beverage. 2 TV’s. The kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, air fryer, blender, toaster and basic utensils! There is an in-unit laundry, a dedicated parking spot just steps from the door, and code access for self check-in! Enjoy!

You’ll be a 5 minute drive from quaint downtown Parker with unique shops and restaurants to explore, the 40 mile Cherry Creek Bike Trail and nearby Castlewood Canyon State Park.
