A-frame on the Illinois river

Modern, brand new a-frame cabin on the river. Overlooks the peaceful Illinois river. Watch the floaters go by from the comfort of your deck. The cabin is luxurious with all the modern amenities, hot tub professionally maintained, fast wifi, Roku TV. This is the perfect place to sneak away with a loved one for a long weekend on the river. By day you watch the stream of floater and kayakers, by early evening it’s the wildlife’s turn with eagles, owls and crane take over the banks of the river.

French Woods Quarters

Our guesthouse has a very warm, peaceful decor to parallel the nature around it. You will likely see many deer and other wildlife from the huge covered back porch while enjoying a meal cooked in your full kitchen. You will also have access to an attached single-car garage where there is also a washer and dryer available for your use. The pool is left open year round. Whether you need a place to get away and relax or place to call home while you're traveling for work, this is your place!

Access to Neighborhood Walmart 3 minutes away, grocers/auto parts, gas, restaurants just minutes away. Massive shopping in Tulsa OK just 25 minutes away, night life and Casinos. 25 minutes to Siloam Springs Arkansas or Tahlequah OK for shopping, restaurants and Casinos. Hudson Lake (2 minutes away) fishing, skiing, boating, canoeing, kayaking, swimming, motorcycling, hiking trails and more.

Cozy Country Cottage

This cozy cottage is set on five acres of scenic countryside just north-east of Tulsa. I designed and built this 480 square foot home for myself and lived in it happily for five years. But, now I’ve moved on to my next project and I’m eager to share this cottage with my guests! The house gets beautiful light, has a very comfortable bed, and is ideal for single travelers and couples. Take a soak in the tub after a long day on the road and feel your cares melt away. Stay a while, relax.

The Cottage is located on a peaceful rural farm. A nice front porch for sitting and watching the amazing Oklahoma sunsets. A large covered back deck for eating, visiting, and watching the sunrise. A fire pit to sit and relax. An 18 foot above ground pool. A place to get away and unwind. Located close to Lake Hudson, 6 miles from Adair, 4 miles from Strang, 15 miles to Pryor. One bedroom with a queen bed. 4 floor twin beds in the 2 lofts. Couch can be made into a full size bed.

The Hillside Cabin near the Illinois River

Our Hillside Cabin is a renovated 900 Sq Ft A-Frame rustic cabin overlooking the Needmore Ranch that meanders along the scenic Illinois River. Sitting approximately 1/2 mile from the banks of the river on 400+ acres of private property, this beautiful property is perfect for hiking, fishing, viewing wildlife, or just relaxing around the outdoor firepit. Reconnect with nature, and hike or drive down through our property to access the river or fish from our nearby ponds.

Cottage in the Country

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Wide open spaces for kids and dogs to run! Quaint little country spot. 80 acres to take a walk, feed the goats, and enjoy yourself in a very laidback setting! This space is a guest house located directly behind a main residence. However the owner will respect your privacy and will not bother you. You have free access to walk, roam, hit golf balls and let your pets run.

Creekside Cabin w/ hot tub, near Illinois River

Aww! Let it all go! -Relax on the deck in adirondack chairs, by a crackling fire in a smokeless Tiki firepit. Just you, the woods, and softly singing water. And birds. Aw, the birds! -Tip back in a comfy reclining loveseat; watch the wonder through the patio doors. -Follow woodland trail to a secluded bench and table by the stream. Note: Driveway is rough and steep. No motorcycles.

Blue Country Bungalow

Enjoy a private bungalow style house in a quiet country setting. Furnished comfortably, this two bedroom bungalow will be a perfect getaway or stop over as you pass thru Route 66. The master bedroom has a comfy queen bed and large closet. The extra bedroom has a double bed and a dresser. The space is ideal for up to 3 adults or two adults, two children.
