Our light and airy cottage was completed in 2014 & provides a spotless rural space perfect for a couple, small families or friends to come together for a memorable stay. 5 star amenities provided, you'd think you were in a hotel in the countryside! Come and say hello to our chickens, sample their delicious eggs over a lazy breakfast. Head out for a walk in the bucolic Vale of Belvoir, maybe take in a country pub, then home to cosy up in front of the log burner with some of our home-made cake 🍰

Set in the peaceful country village of Burton Joyce, in the stunning Trent valley, 20 Mins from vibrant Nottingham. A lovely studio apartment with ample off road parking, WiFi, Smart TV, central heating, kitchen area (kettle, toaster, fridge, combined microwave/oven, cutlery, plates). A FREE Welcome basket with biscuits, tea coffee, milk, cereals and other treats await all our guests in the apartment. Guests have their own key so you can come and go as you please with no disturbance to anyone.

Self contained ground floor annexe in large house close to the City of Nottingham and beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Sleeps 2/3. Master bedroom (double) with en-suite wet room, single bedroom, separate shower room/wc, fully equipped kitchen/living room. Under floor heating, wi-fi, Cable TV with Movie & Sports channels. On-street parking only but directly outside the property. Due to Covid 19 restrictions, and for the protection of guests, we currently leave a minimum of 24 hours between bookings.

The Old Stable, a secluded annex in Langar

A relaxing place to stay in the Vale of Belvoir for up to four guests. With country walks and great village pubs in the surrounding area and close proximity to Langar Hall Hotel. The Old Stable is attached to the main house but has it’s own entrance via a shared courtyard. It is a two bedroom home with ample parking available. We are within 15 minutes of The Engine Yard at Belvoir Castle and within 30 minutes from Melton Mowbray, Grantham and Nottingham. A perfect location for any getaway.

Bottom Cottage Studio Room

Our Bottom cottage studio room is in a converted barn next to the main farmhouse, in the centre of Cotgrave village, 10 minutes from Nottingham. It is a ground floor room. It has a kitchenette with microwave and fridge. Ensuite shower/toilet. Hypnos double bed and single bed. Wardrobe with ironing board and iron. A child's camp bed can be added at £20.00 per night. Breakfast is available on request at £12.50 per person. Dog friendly. £5 per night. Please include this at the time of booking.

This 2 bedroom ground floor maisonette is close to the City centre, train and coach stations. Enjoy peace and quiet at this stylish place in the leafy suburb of Lady Bay West Bridgford. The Barn is a rural retreat tucked away at the end of a quiet leafy lane in Colston Bassett in the heart of the beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Ideal for families, walkers, cyclists, gastro enthusiasts or perhaps those just looking to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, The Barn is a brand new, hand-crafted home built by the architect owner who lives in The Old Farmhouse next door. We also welcome well behaved dogs (we just request a modest fee of £20 per dog per stay)
