Absolute Best Location on the Island

My family & I have been vacationing at Larry’s Historic Arcade for the past 7+ years. It is in the most perfect spot located right on Circuit Ave in the heart of Oak Bluffs. There are many stores and restaurants located on this road and it’s super convenient to have a market right across the street for any last minute essentials. We always rent the third floor apartment. It is very spacious and has a full size bed, a loft with 2 twin size beds and a pull out couch. It also has 2 decks. One over looking circuit ave and one on the other side with a grill. The house has WiFi, 2 mini splits (for ac or heat) a tv and a full kitchen. I highly recommend booking Larry’s Historic Arcade. It has everything you need and more. Thank you Larry for providing the perfect vacation spot for me and my family. We are already looking forward to next year!

Eric was a great hostess. He was able to answer any questions we had and in a timely manner. Check in instuctions were easy to follow. The house was cute and cozy and clean. All amenities were avaliable to you, you only need to bring the necessities and food. Met a few of the neighbors who were very friendly. Any family looking to stay in the area would not be disappointed.

We had a wonderful spring break at the “Falmouth Local”! Anika’s house was spotless, comfortable, spacious for our young family of 4 plus a grandparent. Instructions and local suggestions were all crystal clear; I think we only had one question throughout our week-long stay. The town - with LOTS to do - was so close. The bike path is just across the street and was perfect for morning runs, kids on scooters, etc. Highly recommend a springtime visit!

A true gem of a place. Great neighborhood, lots of great amenities around. We will stay again! Tasteful decor and the whole place just feels homey. Squeaky clean, too—and so many little great touches throughout.

A wonderful spot filled with Machpee and Cape cod decor. The location was excellent given we travelled up and down the Cape and needed a spot that was centrally located. The house is well appointed and has everything you need ! It looks exactly like the photos. And the neighbourhood is very nice too.

Stayed here with a few of my friends for a wedding and the place was perfect! Really close to the Barker House wedding venue, walkable to downtown Scituate. Beds were very comfy and the place was very clean. Overall, a great stay!

We absolutely enjoyed our stayed. It's beautiful from the pictures online, but when you walk in it has a feel of being at a getaway even better than expected. The view is gorgeous and the home is very well kept and decorated. A big bonus for us was the spacious outdoor hottub. I would definitely feel comfortable booking with them again!

We only stayed one night but the experience was wonderful. The host was easy to reach and gave us some great restaurant recommendations in which we did go to one of the restaurants l, and it as really good! I would definitely recommend this Airbnb.

The location and Shana’s house were amazing! It’s even better than the pictures. Shana has created a clean ,beautiful, welcoming and cozy place that makes you feel at home! The house has everything you may need and even more. But most of all is that view of the lake through the huge windows all around the house! Thank you, Shana! Looking forward to visiting this special place again in the spring!!
