I live on the completely separated lower levels of the home so you can enjoy the upper levels all to yourself!

Rest and recharge at your Black Hills get away in this newly finished apartment. Enjoy the walk-in shower with 2 shower heads and then get a soothing night sleep on the top of the line mattress produced by Nectar. This is my townhome in west Rapid City. Ground floor and NO STAIRS. I live in a small town home community that enjoys its quiet privacy, and you are most welcome here. Rapid City Black Hills Westside Home 2

This house is in a great location in Rapid City, minutes from downtown and a great starting point for exploring the Black Hills. We welcome dogs in our home. No cats! Additional fee will be added if cat is “snuck” into the home!. The yard is fully fenced and there is plenty of off street parking as well as use of a garage. ( Caution! Low Clearance). I am happy to help with trail maps and directions are you kick off your adventures in the Black Hills.

This cozy, one-bedroom apartment is near The Chapel in the Hills, Canyon Lake Park, and in the foothills of the Black Hills. It has a small refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, electric frying pan and crock pot for minor meal preparation with breakfast nook and seating area. Also covered parking and additional space for a toy hauler. A private entrance means you can come and go as you please. Ask about long term rates from October thru April.
