All new appliances in the spacious kitchen.  Cozy and homey dining room, living room, sun-room / office, 60" TV on 1st floor. Three comfortable bedrooms and bathroom on 2nd floor; 2 queen and 1 full. Each with an individual AC unit. 2-car off street parking. Washer/dryer. Dog allowed by request.
