Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Untergeschoss unseres Wohnhauses und hat einen separaten Eingang. Sie besteht aus einem Wohn-/Schlafraum, einer Küche und einem Bad. Der Wohn-/Schlafraum ist hell und freundlich, ausgestattet mit einem Doppelbett Liegefläche 1,60 x 2,00m. Beistellbett 0,80 x 1,90m oder Kinderreisebett für 3. Person bei Bedarf. Beides gleichzeitig nicht möglich.Bad mit Dusche und WC. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Kinderstuhl wird bei Bedarf beigestellt.

Our cosy country house with a large garden is located on a hillside in Stockach-Zizenhausen, 12 minutes/9 km from Lake Constance. With the beautiful Lake Constance region to the south and the Donau Valley to the north, this is the ideal place for relaxation, hiking and swimming holidays. Even when it rains, there is plenty to do: Lake Constance Thermal Baths in Überlingen, Meersburg Castle Museum, Langenstein Castle with its Carnival Museum, Sealife and shopping in Constance, Zeppelin Museum……

Hell, ruhig, separat: Souterrain-Wohnung, 50 qm

Die 50 m² große Souterrainwohnung in unserem Haus (seit Dez. '23) ist modern und hell eingerichtet; sie bietet Platz zum Wohlfühlen für 2 Personen. Eine kleine Küche ist mit Kühlschrank, Backofen und zwei Kochplatten ausgestattet. WLAN ist vorhanden. Das seperate Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett (160 x200) eingerichtet. In dem geräumigen Badezimmer befinden sich Dusche und WC. Die Böden sind gefliest und im Schlafraum mit Echtholz-Laminat ausgelegt. Alle Räume haben Fenster u. Rolladen.

Big and cosy room 11 km from the lake of constance

Our nice 25 sqm room with bathrooom is located in a little village with green and quiet environment. If it's clear you can see the alps from the garden. You will have your own entrance. In 1 km distance you can find a supermarket and a restaurant in the main village of the community. You can reach sites of interrest at the lake of constance like Überlingen (18km) or Konstanz (42km) and Bodman-Ludwigshafen (11km). A nice little public pool (Naturbad) is very close, only some minutes to walk.

Wohnung direkt am Bodensee

Ruhige gemütliche Maisonettewohnung mit großer Terrasse und fantastischem Ausblick auf den Bodensee. Die Wohnung befindet sich in Bodman, ca. 30 min von Konstanz entfernt. Im Ort gibt es verschiedene Restaurants, einen Penny und einen kleinen Bäcker. Der Wohnraum ist etwa 116 qm groß, aufgeteilt in Küche, Wohnbereich, Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer, WC und einer großen Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick über den Bodensee. Da wir normalerweise selbst darin wohnen, ist die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet.

100m to the lake: Beautiful flat with lake view

Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

Wir bieten ihnen eine ruhige Unterkunft für zwei. Das Apartment hat einen separaten Eingang. Es ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und verfügt über eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Kochgelegenheit. Inclusive Handtücher Anreise 17:00 -19:00Uhr Wir befinden uns in einer sehr guten Lage. Es sind 15 km bis zum Bodensee. Die Schwackenreuter Seeenplatte mit 10 Seeen sind direkt neben uns. Somit Natur pur super um mit Rad oder auch zu Fuß zu genießen. Es gibt ausreichend Wanderwege.

Modernly furnished, bright, sunny and 75 m² large: Our three-room apartment on the first floor of our four-family house offers a lot of space for holiday dreams. A large open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer as well as TV and WLAN offer all comfort. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed (box spring) and has its own terrace access. A separate children's room with pull-out bed and a WC with a spacious shower complete the offer.

Das neu renovierte und liebevoll eingerichtete 35 qm große Studio (Erdgeschoß) befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet am Rande der Stockacker Kernstadt. Unseren Gästen steht ein privater Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Das Studio ist hochwertig mit SAT-TV, Stereoanlage, neuer Einbauküche, 1,60m breitem Doppelbett und einem wunderschönen kleinen Badezimmer mit Einbauschränken und Rainshower-Dusche ausgestattet. Ludwigshafen am Bodensee liegt 6 km entfernt.

FUCHS & HAS’ Blockhaus zwischen Bodensee und Donau

Ein Ort zum Abschalten und die Seele baumeln lassen. Für ausgedehnte Wanderungen braucht man kein Auto: das kleine Wohngebiet schließt direkt an große Waldflächen an. Mit dem (E-)Bike sind 5 (Bade-)Seen innerhalb von 2,5 h Fahrtzeit zu erreichen. Den Bodensee oder die Donau erreicht man per Auto in 30 Minuten. Oder man genießt einfach den Garten des liebevoll renovierten Blockhauses und nimmt sich Zeit für Gedankenspaziergänge ...
