Old Farmhouse was renovated in 2019 to create bright, spacious accommodation whist retaining original features, along with a wood burning stove and complimented by 300Mbs fibre WiFi & biomass heating. Our location is the perfect start for walking, cycling & touring the area right from the door and walking distance from the tearoom.

This luxury bespoke shepherd's hut was handcrafted on site and is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The exclusive electric hot tub is covered with a custom made wooden shelter for ultimate privacy and shelter from the Scottish weather. The sole hut is located in a small private paddock at the back of our farm in the village of Banton. With WiFi, smart TV, fridge, induction hob, microwave with oven, electric shower and hot water you can enjoy glamping without sacrificing your daily must-haves.

Merlin is a perfect space for 2 on an 84 acre hillside farm. The farm offers stunning views of the Lake of Menteith and surrounding hills. Merlin is a cute space with all comforts considered: a king size bed, small sofa, kitchenette, lush decor and a walk in shower. Bathrobes, fluffy towels, tea and coffee are included. Immeroin Farm, Balquhidder. Comfortable, unique, traditional farm workers house. Go back in time and enjoy the peace and quiet in the hills of Immeroin. Explore the scenery and observe the wildlife. Self Catering. Towels, bed-linen, toilet paper, hand soap, washing up liquid included. Shampoo, shower-gel and personal toiletries are not. Another thing to add in view of the new Scottish legislation: we are fully licensed.
