Charming guest house in stunning wooded valley

Our beautiful guest house is surrounded by stunning countryside - just waiting to be walked or cycled. It comfortably sleeps two (but has a travel cot for little ones) with an open plan kitchen and cosy living area, plus bathroom. Outside is a sunny garden area with table and seating. The space is really light with lots of windows and oak features. Lots of thought and love have gone into decor to make it a really lovely space. The apartment is separate from the main house and very private.

Relax by the wood burning stove, sleep on a super king size antique brass bed. Private south facing small terrace & lawn which cannot be overlooked.

Parking is to the front of the property, if this is limited then there is a free car park in the village 300m away.

Standing in its own private garden with stunning views across the river Severn into Wales, friendly sheep are your neighbours. The Cottage is brand new, fitted to a high standard with its own kitchen, en suite and private gated parking 10 mins from the M4/5. Close by are:The Wave, Clifton Bridge, Wye Valley, Bristol docks and Thornbury Castle.

The outside space is the 96 acres of common land on which the property stands. Accessed via a stone track with parking outside the property. Good accessibility as just one door step. A self-contained tranquil cottage in a private gated residence within a quiet hamlet bordering Tortworth Estate fields and beautiful views. Sensational country walks and cycling straight from the property, but only 3 minutes from the M5 for maximum accessibility to the local areas of Bath, Bristol, Chepstow and Gloucester. A lovely self-contained warm cottage situated near the beautiful ‘Cotswold Way’. Private drive for up to two cars. Access is via a key safe. It has a well equipped kitchen, comfortable L shaped double-sofa bed in the lounge-diner. The ground floor bathroom has been recently updated to include a walk-in shower. Upstairs, the main bedroom has a double bed, the second room providing a double bed. Dursley is within walking distance and has a swimming pool, shops and restaurants.
