One of few houses permitted to legally host short-term in Stillwater. - Situated in a quiet neighborhood in east Stillwater, a short drive to OSU. This home has three regular standard size bedrooms (one with its own half bath), plus a small single room and open loft that looks out over the living room. Sleeping rooms surround the living room with it's high ceiling and kitchen. IMPORTANT: There are strict limits on unrelated occupants, parking, and commercial activity.

Boho 405 is a brand new build, centrally located in Cowboy Country. Taxes are less out here too - you don't have to pay the 4% city or 7% accommodation taxes when you book with us since we're outside city limits.
