Getaway to the country!! Suitable for a 4 adults or families of 5. Wake up to beautiful sunrises. Spend a peaceful day surrounded by farm and wild animals. Enjoy the dark night sky lit with millions of stars after watching the sunset. Above our barn is a two bedroom, one bath living space with a living area open to a kitchen fit for every cook!! Located near Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown, Busch Gardens and Water Country, the Virginia Capitol Trail and 5,217 acre wildlife refuge.

This is a spacious apartment above detached garage, with a roomy balcony. The property sits on the Rappahannock River- guests are welcome to use the beach and dock! Property has a private entrance. The bathroom which is located on the first floor. Apartment is up a flight of stairs above the garage. Plenty of parking. EV charger available. We have self check in and the host is extremely flexible.. We welcome all tenants! The Birds Nest is a perfect getaway destination for relaxing and fun.

We are near historic Leonardtown, boasting one of Maryland’s few remaining town squares (we affectionately call it “Mayberry”).

Come down the long private drive along the pasture to the little cottage perched on the banks of the river, surrounded by large oak trees. Its a simple, cozy spot with lots of outdoor spaces for spreading out.

Private dock with fish light, boat ramp, and kayaks on site for guest use. Belle Isle State Park is located 2 miles from the property.

Essex Mill Pond is a private 47 acre pond that will leave your family refreshed. Take it easy at this unique and peaceful getaway. If you like fishing for large bass or crappie, kayaking, or just relaxing on the porch swing with an amazing view; this place is for you. If you have a boat, there is a drop off (no gas motors, please!). Bring your poles!
