This 2 bedroom home sits on a friendly residential street in Steubenville and is equipped with everything you need for your stay. Our family worked to restore this arts and craft style home with the hope that it will be a peaceful place for guests to stay and enjoy quality time together. We hope that you make memories playing shuffleboard, board games, or retro video games; escaping up to the whimsical loft accessed via a spiral staircase to read a good book; making a meal together in the kitchen complete with 2 restored retro Thermador ovens; or relaxing by a fire in the fenced-in back yard!

Secluded Tiny “Ginseng House” Artist Retreat

WE ARE ON WINTER BREAK - CLOSED UNTIL MARCH 2026. "Ginseng House" - Our premiere off-grid tiny house! A hand-crafted work of art using our own sawmill lumber. Beautiful wooded setting surrounded by 180 acres of private land and two miles of beautiful Buffalo Creek to enjoy. One comfortable 12" queen in the loft and a fold out double bed love seat on the main floor. Extra guests may pitch tents for $10/night/person. Pets welcome - $35/pet - see pet policy.

The Guest House at Wild Sycamore Farm

Get out of town and relax in this peaceful cottage situated on our 54 acre family farm. The Guest House at Wild Sycamore Farm is just 15 minutes from Steubenville, Ohio (about 20 from Franciscan University) and just an hour from Pittsburgh. This is a working homestead! The guest house offers privacy and seclusion while still giving you views of our land, animals on pasture, woodlands, and gardens.

Nestled in over 140 acres of wooded hills with a 5-acre, fully stocked, private lake, The Inn at Brandywine offers all the amenities of home in a relaxed, comfortable setting. The Loft

The Loft is located on our homestead, which was a fruit farm. The Loft is a three bedroom apartment set above a storage garage. There is a beautiful picnic area with a fire pit and plenty of room to relax. We hope you will have a pleasant stay at the Loft. You will find it fully furnished and ready for a "home away from home"
