We booked the home for my daughter’s bridal party. Everyone loved the house. Roomy, nice, and they all felt safe staying there. Would book again in the future if needed.

Jonathan was a great host, very responsive and helpful throughout. His instructions were very clear and he was always friendly. The place is lovely. The neighborhood is peaceful, the lake is beautiful, the view is great. The house was immaculate, super clean and nicely decorated without having too many things. The mattresses were the best we've slept on in any airBnB, by far! The private dock is wonderful, with chairs and water toys, it was such a joy to spend time there at all times of day.

The house is gorgeous! It has everything you need and more. The owner has added so many little personal touches to make your stay amazing! The beds were super comfortable. We enjoyed sitting outside on the screened in porch. The lake is very peaceful in the morning. Cara recommended a little restaurant down the road called Mill Creek Gathering Place. The food and service were great. It is a little laid back home town place with nice people. We cannot wait to come back when we can stay longer. Thanks again!!

Beautiful view! We had 9 adults (3 couples, 3 singles) and 1 toddler, and the house was a great size for us. Five bedrooms to spread across, common areas big enough to fit us all, and a big dining table overlooking the lake. We enjoyed swimming off the dock, sitting around the fire, and relaxing in the hot tub. There are hikes within driving distance, and Tallulah Gorge is less than an hour away.

Wonderful cabin and we enjoyed the outdoors every night around the bonfire. Kayaks were great, the kids loved them! This is the first cabin I have stayed in that had comfy chairs in the living room! It was really nice to relax in them after a long drive. Blankets were great as we needed them! Would definitely go back!

Couldn't had a better birthday weekend, we enjoyed so much stayed in this beautiful home, we will definitely come back again.

Beautiful house in the middle of the peaceful woods right above Lake Hartwell that has everything you ever dreamed of and is wonderful for any time of the year! The owners are really friendly and have equipped the space with everything you need for a perfect stay, great for both vacation and remote work. The two-story indoor space is comfortable and tastefully decorated. The spacious upstairs porch with table, chairs, grill, and TV is also a great living and working area. Plus there’s a covered dock with chairs to enjoy the lake scene while soaking up the sun, kayaks to explore the inlets, and even a firepit for well-rounded outdoor living!

Stayed for about 3 weeks for work and enjoyed the area. Very peaceful location right on the water. Felt right at home the whole time

Leslie and Sam’s place on beautiful Lake Hartwell was perfect for us. We enjoyed the gorgeous setting overlooking the lake. We loved the open concept with screened porch perched over the lake. It was everything the photos and the listing promised and was perfect for myself and my friend. We would recommend this home and will go back. This little cottage on Lake Hartwell was awesome. The back porch view of the lake was our favorite. Love how cute it was decorated including the vintage sink & stove/oven. Would highly recommend this place!

The cabin was better than we imagined! I would go back many times! The lake and the accessories for being on the water were great! All the kitchen utensils were perfect! Everything was very clean! It definitely deserves 5 stars!

This property was fantastic, as was the communication with host, Dylan. The house was quaint, well decorated and most importantly, spotless when we showed arrived. When confirming check-out instructions, the host responded within minutes and made our exit as smooth and painless as possible. House is in a quiet, beautiful part of the Georgia mountains with delicious lake-side food less than a 10 minute drive away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, loved this house and it was perfect for the weekend away that we needed. We look forward to coming back and highly recommend this property to anybody interested. Our stay at this A-frame cabin was absolutely perfect. The space is beautifully designed, with great attention to detail and a fully equipped setup that made our experience seamless. Every corner felt intentional and inviting. The hosts, Thomas & Morgan, were incredibly communicative and made sure everything was smooth from start to finish. We truly appreciated their hospitality. This is a place we would absolutely return to, highly recommend!

Gina was super helpful and responsive. This was a very last minute booking but even still the home was clean and ready for our arrival! Perfect fit for our family of 5. Loved the coziness of the house and the peaceful “backyard” with a path down by the river for exploring. We felt very safe and found lots of great hikes nearby. The only thing I would say is that my Google maps tried to take me to a different house a little further up the hill. Thankfully, we just kept going and were easily able to see the correct address number clearly once we got to the bottom of the drive. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

We stayed at Lizard Lodge for 5 nights and it was absolutely perfect. The cabin is absolutely beautiful and exactly as shown in the listing only better in person! We loved the location and how peaceful the surroundings of the cabin were. Enjoyed walking down to the lake and fishing a bit. Enjoyed the fire pit one night and enjoyed the hot tub twice and sitting on the swing down on the dock and on the front porch. Enjoyed having dinner on the back deck and watching the birds. Saw beautiful cardinals every day. The beds were very comfortable - slept great! Most of all, I can’t say enough about Sabir and co-host, Jennifer. They were very helpful and responded to any questions we had extremely quickly. This cabin was perfect for my family and they all agree how beautiful and comfortable it was. I would not hesitate to stay at Lizard Lodge again!

Perfect Lake Hartwell gem, so close to Clemson and right on the lake. So many beds! Wonderful multiple family house!

The little blue house on the lake was absolutely gorgeous! My husband and I enjoyed our time there thoroughly! The views were stunning, and the house was quaint and clean ❤️
