You will be close to everything when you stay at my centrally-located home. Seatac Airport is about 20 minutes by car. Both Seattle and Tacoma are about 20 miles away from my home. Library, Grocery Store, Gym, Restaurants, and BP-Trail are all within walking distance. My lovely unit enjoys a courtyard entry with patio to sit out. The generous Primary Suite has a walk-in closet. Other amenities include WIFI, washer and dryer, basketball court, swimming pool, and two dedicated parking spaces.

Cozy studio in barn loft with a close-up view to secluded wooded setting. Two large, leather recliners provide a relaxing place to read or nap! This space was repurposed as a guest room in 2019 and includes a bathroom (with a very roomy shower) and a kitchenette (sink, small refrigerator/freezer, microwave, Keurig, toaster). Two matching twin beds can be made up as a king-sized bed. There is one additional twin (inflatable) bed if needed for a third person.

Cozy Private Studio on entire lower level

Split-level home featuring a cozy studio with a bedroom, a full bathroom, and a spacious private living room on the lower level. The space is fully furnished with a queen bed, a sofa, a 32-inch TV, high-speed internet, and Netflix included. The kitchenette is equipped with essential appliances, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, and coffee maker. A private full bathroom comes fully stocked with towels and bathroom supplies.
