Really enjoyed my stay at Karl’s the place is as the ad describes it. Location is perfect. Other than that all I can say is stay here if you are looking for a great located Airbnb that's spacious and has wonderful views.

My family and I had mixed feelings coming down because of travel advisor, but you were  transparent with great feedback from the start. Even my mom who is super conservative loved the area and the overall experience. Everyone was really nice to us on our walks around the neighborhood. You and your staff were great and gave us exceptional service. Looking forward to coming back real soon. Jamaica is really expensive though ( as you did give us heads up about) I also wished we’d taken advantage of personal chef, as really hard figuring out food and trying to coordinate food for 13 people. All and all great time and experience.   Thanks you again.  

Trevor was a responsive host from Inquiry to Checkout. He accommodated an early check in, to give us time to rest before attending the wedding. He touched base occasionally throughout our 2 night stay to make sure we were comfortable. The listing is exactly as described. We weren’t able to get the AC to stay on longer than 2-3 minutes at a time but Trevor explained in detail what to do….just didn’t work for us. If the AC is important to you that’s a consideration. In our case it wasn’t a big deal. The view from the balcony is nice and having access to the private beach is a great convenience.

Excellent place for stay. Very family friendly. Spacious and clean. Very clean and safe neighborhood. Everything for your comfort, home away from home.

Elysium was great! The place was really clean and looked exactly like the pictures. I love how private and protected the place is. It was very quiet and peaceful. He was a great host. If you’re thinking about getting this place please book! He is amazing

We had an amazing 2 week stay in Damain's home. It's a spacious place with nice views of the ocean. Pachie's (a restaraunt on the shore and 5 minute walk up the road) is a great place to get fresh seafood, jerk chicken, and a good drink. Megan and Owen, who both help take care of the place, were awesome. They were quick to check if we needed anything and were helpful in recommending the best places nearby or picking up and bringing any items we needed to us. The driver who Damain set us up with was Shandan. He was incredible the whole time we were in Jamaica. He'd drive us anywhere we wanted to go and also had great recommendations for activities that fit our style. So thankful for everyone making it an experience to remember, definitely on the list to make a return trip!

Very nice place, the neighborhood was safe and we were able to walk to our family’s home with no issues. The caretaker for the home lives next door, which is convenient as we had questions about the toilet one of the days. No hot water but that is to be expected in Sandy Bay. All in all, it was a very comfortable home and I would stay again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay! loved that the apartment came with a washer and dryer, pool is a nice touch and the view is amazing. Place was clean and i had no problems getting a response back if i had any questions. I used one of the recommended drivers "Dwayne" and his crew. They took us everywhere we wanted to go for a good price. Thank you Julie! Definitely recommend and will stay again in the future.

The Jewel grande is a beautiful property and our stay was amazing. The home has everything and the photos are accurate. My family and I definitely will be returning!

We had a pleasant couple of nights at Ricardo's property, the location was perfect for our needs. Sunset Beach and Dead End Beach are just a 5-7 minute walk away. Sunset Beach is small and charming, a great spot to catch the sunset. Dead End Beach isn't much, but it's nice for watching incoming flights. Doctor's Cave Beach is about a 10-13 minute walk and is very well-maintained, though it does charge a small entry fee. The Airport is less than 10 minutes away, and there are plenty of nice restaurants nearby. There were a few minor issues, but nothing unmanageable. Although Ricardo promised to address them immediately, we decided to let him handle them after our visit. Ricardo was very communicative from booking to checkout, even staying up late for our delayed arrival. Which we truly appreciated! Checkout was a breeze; we only had to turn off lights, fans, and A/C. This stress-free process was a nice surprise compared to US listings. I hope more hosts adopt this app.

We really enjoyed our stay at Serenity Villa. Quiet and safe in a great location near the hip strip, beaches and restaurants. Crystal is a great host and very attentive. She responded to our messages in a timely manner and was very helpful with our request.

Roots villa is a magical spot. and we had a wonderful stay. The place was very clean, spacious with an excellent view of the carribean sea. All the bedrooms have air-conditioning and are very comfortable. The master bedroom even has a large window with a breathtaking view of the ocean. The staff that are included are very friendly and make excellent, authentic jamaican food. It's well situated, especially if you choose to do some of the most popular excursions, for example it's right by the glistening waters and dunns river falls is only a 30min drive. The beach near- by is crystal clear with great snorkeling and never crowded. Lastly, the Villa is in a gated community and feels very safe. Overall our family had a marvelous stay at Roots Villa. I highly recommend and will definitely return!

Our time at the accommodation was wonderful. Everything looks exactly as it does in the pictures, and we immediately felt at home. Shortly after booking, we received a lot of useful information from Santana, both about activities and organizational matters. Santana was also always available during our stay to answer any questions we had. We enjoyed our time to the fullest and didn't want to return to Germany. We hope to be able to return soon! John & Jane public I found the cheat code to Jamaica and it's called Tiwana's @Sandcastle. guys and gals this spot was amazing and so affordable. My plane landed in MOBAY and from that moment on the smile never left my face. The cab dropped us off and at first I was in shock because all you see is the blue ocean. (see pics) I have been to MOBAY before and I never knew about this hidden gem. first off it's on the same road as the other mega all inclusives. it's a stones throw away from the hip strip another win and the biggest and best feature of it all is that it's super affordable plus the AC is super cold inside the apartment. I highly recommend this spot especially if you're more on the adventurous side. facts: 1. it's a condominium complex thus the air BNB. 2. it's a former luxury resort on the gold Coast of Jamaica so it's super sexy in terms of location and access to the water. 3. it's in the middle of everything MOBAY has to offer 4. it's super affordable. you gotta visit.
