In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich viele Geschäfte (EDEKA, Rossmann, Einkaufsstrasse Seestrasse) und Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral von Ahlbeck gelegen. Die Küche verfügt über alle gängigen Utensilien (ausser Ofen und Geschirrspüler).
