This private, one-bedroom guest house offers a full kitchen, walk-in shower, wifi and Apple TV(incl. Apple TV, Netflix & Amazon Prime TV). Located just a few minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the ski gondola and the bustling night life of South Lake Tahoe. We are full-time residents of the home up the hill from the guest house; we chose this location for its sense of seclusion and privacy. NO PETS ALLOWED 2 Bedrooms + Loft 2 Bathrooms There is a queen size bed in each room and a futon in the loft. The Lake Village Association has a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, sauna, hot tub and playground

2B/1B 1000 square foot condo, upstairs bedroom is a loft. Deck with hot tub overlooks the valley. Gas grill on deck. Bathroom has been totally renovated with steam shower and heated floor. Kitchen has bar for dining. Newer Appliances. Gas fireplace with remote with Furnance heat, no central air. Washer and dryer for your convenience. Maximum of 2 cars per stay, there is very limited parking. I also have supplied placards to be placed in your car during your stay. VHRP number 16-934

The Tahoe House is a 1400+ sq. ft. 3 bedroom 2 bathroom mountain home with a 1-car garage and private hot tub conveniently located in close proximity to everything Lake Tahoe has to offer! Spend the day on the slopes and then come back for a soak in the hot tub, complete with cozy white spa robes. Spend the evening cooking up dinner in the well equipped kitchen or relaxing and playing board games in the living room around the gas fireplace. Experience Lake Tahoe living at it's finest!

Our place is conveniently located between Sierra at Tahoe and Heavenly ski areas with access for hiking and bike paths. 5-10 min. to lakes, restaurants, beaches, casinos and shopping. This detached unit is tastefully decorated and includes microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, Direct TV and WIFI surrounded by peaceful gardens. There are 8 steps down to the unit.
