Lakeland Lodge, een vakantiehuisje gelegen op het idyllische eiland De Woude. Reeds op de veerpont slaat de onthaasting toe. Het vrijstaand huisje is luxe afgewerkt en voorzien van een badkamer met inloopdouche, keuken met o.a vaatwasser, oven, en koffiezetapparaat. Er is een comfortabele slaapbank op de begane grond. Holiday Home Mila is located in the coast village Egmond aan Zee, 50 meters from the dunes and 100 meters from the center. The beach is 300 meters away from the house. In the village there are several good restaurants, bars and lovely terraces. The supermarket is 200 meters away. The center of the cozy cheese town of Alkmaar can easily be reached by bus with 20 minutes. A day in Amsterdam is also a possibility. From the train station (Heiloo or Alkmaar) every half hour a train goes to A'dam.

Ons gastenverblijf in het centrum van Limmen is geheel gerenoveerd in jan/feb 2024 met een geheel nieuwe badkamer. Het is een aangebouwd appartement (30m2) met eigen ingang en alle voorzieningen (AH, bakker, etc) 3min te voet. Het prachtige Noord-Hollandse duingebied en het strand (10min), maar ook ook Alkmaar(15min) en Amsterdam(30min) zijn goed bereikbaar. Parkeren kan aan de straat en is gratis. U kan gratis gebruik maken van de fietsen. U krijgt een privé stuk tuin tot uw beschikking.

On the second floor of a rebuilt traditional Waterland house is this beautifully renovated apartment, once used as a hayloft. Located in the protected natural area of the Zeevang polder land (EU Natura 2000), famous for its birds like godwits, spoonbills, and lapwings. The view it offers is among the most beautiful in the Netherlands. Middelie is very near Amsterdam (25 km). Other historical places like Edam, Volendam, Marken, Hoorn, and Alkmaar are never far away (5–30 min. by car).

Dit heerlijk lichte 4 kamerappartement met 3 slaapkamers en zeer groot dakterras op het zuiden geeft dat `echte´ vakantiegevoel. Het ligt op recreatiepark De Meerparel in de jachthaven van Uitgeest met mogelijkheden om te zeilen, surfen, vissen en zwemmen. De snelweg A9 is goed bereikbaar dus u bent zo in Alkmaar, Amsterdam, Haarlem of op Schiphol. Ook het strand van Castricum is binnen 15 minuten te bereiken.

Ons gezellige gastenverblijf is in 2019 verbouwd van oude aluminium fabriek naar energie neutrale tinyhouse van 40m2. Het staat vrij in de achtertuin van ons verbouwde huis in Limmen. Het ligt dichtbij de duinen, het strand en bossen. De grotere steden Alkmaar, Haarlem en Amsterdam bevinden zich op rijafstand. Met het openbaar vervoer is het ook goed te doen, maar een eigen auto maakt het vele malen makkelijker. Met een fiets kun je het beste genieten van de omgeving.

The apartment (32 m2) is next to the main building, located in a quiet child-friendly neighborhood. It has a private bathroom and kitchen. It gives a fantastic view of water and gardens. Near shops (650 meters) and playground. The house is a 5 minutes’ walk from the train station, from where every 15 minutes a train takes you directly to Amsterdam Central, within 25 minutes. Free parking on the street or in a private parking lot if there is no space in the street.

Het pand is bekend en beroemd om de vele artiesten die daar hebben opgetreden. Het is de ideale uitvalsbasis voor het verkennen van de stad en de regio. Op de begane grond tref je een van de beste en hipste restaurants van Alkmaar met een zonnig terras aan het water.. De gehele woning is nieuw en hoogwaardig afgewerkt.

For nightlife, musea and city life the beautiful cities of Amsterdam, Alkmaar, Haarlem are close by. De beaches are about 30 min. drive
