People move here to be able to raise their kids in a safe school district. The Natchez Trace is a popular attraction for our bicyclist guests. It is within 1 mile of us. Mississippi State Uni is approx 20-25 min drive, so we also get a lot of parents who want a more affordable option over Starkville corporate hotels.
