This unique home was built in 1880 and recently renovated to preserve its historic detail while including modern luxuries. It has 3 bathrooms, 6 bedrooms, two fire places, two stair cases, and plenty of room to explore. Outside you’ll find a patio, fireplace and of course an amazing backyard treehouse that boasts 500 sq/ft furnished with seating, tv, and WiFi. The home is 5 to 15 minutes from everything - The Football HOF, Gervasi Winery, Maize Valley Winery, 1875 Winery, shopping, and dining.

We also have a grill and dining area on the deck. Inside we have a fully functional kitchen, laundry room, and living area. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 pullout sofas in the common areas.
