Great place for the price and was well stocked with everything that could have made a great stay plus a responsive and friendly host

We had a very nice experience staying at this property. Our host, Leah, was very conscientious and responsive, and the property was clean and comfortable. We stayed with our aging dog, and the handicap ramp leading up to the front door made it easy for us to get her in and out of the house. We would stay here again if we return for any future events in this area.

A change in plans led us to go out of town for Thanksgiving this year. We were looking for a homey place to celebrate and relax, and loved the proximity of this airbnb to Red River Gorge. It was private and beautiful, and was even nicer than the photos made it look. There was plenty of room, a stocked kitchen (pots and pans and basic spices: salt and pepper etc) that made cooking a simple Thanksgiving dinner easy. We loved the open kitchen/living room space so that we could spend time with family while watching football and cooking. I even took a kayak out on Thanksgiving morning! It was a little chilly while we were there, but imagine the deck and pond would be incredible with warmer temperatures. There were tons of towels, blankets, shower items and a hairdryer. The appliances all worked great. We did a lot of hiking while in the area and Wyatt & Savannah's place was an amazing retreat.

Nestled in a beautifully serene setting, this spacious and impeccably clean house provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. One of the highlights of my stay was the fabulous hot tub, which was nothing short of a blissful retreat after a day of hiking adventures in the breathtaking surroundings. There’s something incredibly relaxing about soaking in a hot tub under the stars, and this one did not disappoint. The expansive living space was perfect for unwinding and enjoying some downtime. An unexpected bonus was the selection of video games, which added an extra layer of fun to our evenings. A place for a large group of people near the activities the Red River Gorge has to offer at an economical cost. There were 13 of us come to experience the Via Ferrata. The hot tub was nice after hard physical activity. The beds comfortable with clean and crisp linens. The kitchen lacked a few items we needed but list is being provided to host and she is sure to get them. We were sent a LONG list of rules to read and then asked to go to another website, read some more rules and sign. Its more then typical for an Airbnb but at that price for a place holding our group we can't complain. I also typically don't rent Airbnbs that have non flexible cancellation policies but for the same reasons as just mentioned I felt I had no choice. We thought we might not be able to make it and she was willing to let us change dates to a future time. Thankfully the majority of us were still able to go so we kept our dates. It was a comfortable stay!

Nathan and Shannan’s place was just lovely. Just a few minutes out of town and such a unique home with lots of love built in. We had a lovely stay and as a proud Berea College alum, I loved seeing some old Berea memorabilia in the home. Very cozy for a beautiful fall weekend with my family! And my chihuahuas were happy too!

The house was very clean, cutely decorated and perfect size for our family. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone.

We came to The Red just to enjoy the outdoors and the sport of climbing. The weather almost made us miss out on the whole week but Jim helped us make the decision of coming anyways. Since he lives close by to give us a better weather and area report. The house provided activities too for the kids. They loved the pool table and hot tub.

LuAnn was a wonderful host, this was my first time booking an Airbnb so I wasn’t sure what to expect and LuAnn was very helpful. She was flexible on check in time when my truck broke down on the way there and put us several hours behind. I definitely recommend

Sonya is a great host, she is so nice and sweet. The property is beautiful! Our pup loved her dogs, they got along great. It was nice that our dog could play and keep busy while we were making dinner or breakfast! Our stay was wonderful and we will be coming back again!

My sister and I stayed at Sonya’s Airbnb to go to the crystal kayak tour. Sonya very friendly we fell in love with her , her place is by far one of the best Airbnb’s that I have stayed at. Sonya’s dogs would greet us in the morning or whenever we can to the hot tub and pool. The view landscape everything was amazing. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Our stay was peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed the pool and being able to share meals together and the close proximity to trails.

Our family had a great stay! We loved having a fenced-in yard for our dogs, and a hot tub to relax in after a long day of hiking. The white noise machine next to the upstairs bed was a thoughtful added touch! The host was very responsive, and answered the few questions that we did have. We would definitely stay there again.

Rocky Flatts is one of our favorite ArBnb’s we have stayed in. The cabin was beautiful in a lovely rural setting. Wendell was very responsive to questions and checked in on us during our stay. It is close to many wonderful hikes in the forest and close to kayaking. Great restaurants to eat at which were just a short drive away. Our expectations on this trip were exceeded

We have been regulars here for a few months and love this home away from home! Gaynell is super friendly and always goes above and beyond to be as accommodating as possible. It was warm enough to be outside this time, and the kids loved running around the yard after our long trip! I can’t recommend their place enough, they are wonderful hosts and the house is extremely comfortable and welcoming 🙂

Rachel and Andrew are fantastic hosts, super cool and nice plus the area is beautiful, whenever I go to red river gorge I’ll definitely be staying here!

Great value for the money. Comfortable beds. Close to all the good trails. Lots of provisions in the house with great washer and dryer. Could use a fire pit and a hot tub and maybe some chairs on the front porch. Overall a great place to stay.
