We are ½ a mile NE of Eagle Point Lookout turnoff off Hwy 12 (GMU 16D) and 2.1 miles South of Torette Lake RD turnoff on Hwy 12 (GMU 15). In addition, Reserve Sportman’s Club shooting range is 1.7 miles (road travel) from the cabin. If needed, there is plenty of space on the property to shoot your bow (bring your own targets). The house sets on 2 lots with tall Pines and gorgeous Aspens.. there is an outside barbeque area with a propane grill and picnic table. Also a game room with a beautiful pool table, corn hole and darts. Netflix is included with both televisions, roku, cable and movies to watch as well. In the loft is a private bath with a Jacuzzi tub. The decor was carefully chosen to bring a little bit of a wow factor into our place. Firewood available. There's a small herd of deer and a big fat raccoon...
