The screened porch is ideal for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail. Outside is the fire pit & outdoor eating area, with gas grill. The boat dock provides easy access to the lake. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa gel mattress. Amenities- A/C, WiFi, washer/dryer, 4 kayaks, paddle board, life jackets and lake floats, charcoal grill, cornhole game, Xbox one with games, board games, toys and books, and sunsets! Dock is included & you may dock your own boat from nearby boat ramp. Fireplace can not be used.

(Boat not included but you are welcome to dock at our pier during your stay.) • Use one of our Kayaks or bring your own (we have 2 available) • Enjoy fishing off the pier or the point.
